Sen. Evan Bayh of Indiana and Virginia Gov. Tom Kaine are off the short list as picks for Obama’s VP according to political pundits. Delaware Sen. Joe Biden’s camp has been notified to stand by in case Obama’s handlers need any assistance. Sounds like Joe is at the top of the list.
