When you hear the name Kardshian associated with the word porn, your mind probably does like most and immediately goes to the Kim Kardashian sex tape. But it seems today there is a new association and that’s with Mike Kulich, the owner of Stunner PR who most recently was in the news for making a $500,000 offer (on behalf of the Dog Fart Network) for Kim Davis to do an Interracial Lesbian porno. This publicity stunt was what Kulich himself (via Facebook) called the highlight of his career and to date his most viral ad campaign.
However as of today his fame, so to speak is about to reach all new kinds of levels as it was revealed that the very pills Lamar Odom took (allegedly) were none other than Reload, a pill brand owned (or at least partially owned) by Mike Kulich.
Two years ago, the FDA issued a formal warning that Reload contains a hidden drug ingredient that could lead to dangerous reactions and as we learned in the Lamar Odom case, could be life threatening.
Rather than being an herbal alternative to Viagra, the prescription drug used to treat erectile dysfunction, — or a “nutritional supplement,” as advertised on its packaging, Reload really was Viagra, but without regulations or medical oversight, the FDA warned.
“FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that ‘Reload’ contains sildenafil, the active ingredient in the FDA-approved prescription drug Viagra, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED),” according to the 2013 warning. “This undeclared ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. Consumers should stop using this product immediately and throw it away,” the FDA bluntly warned.
Story from AVN: CRYSTAL, Nevada—In the wake of Lamar Odom’s slip into a state of unconsciousness Tuesday during a visit to Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch, one of the details that has emerged is that Odom took 10 male enhancement pills known as Reload over the three days prior to being found in his current condition.
TMZ posted the 911 call from a Love Ranch employee after Odom was found, during which the employee makes several mentions of Odom having ingested Reload. AVN reported in late 2012 that industry entrepreneur and publicist Mike Kulich owned and was peddling a male enhancement product called Reload, which TMZ identified as the pills Odom took, though it noted that the company behind them appeared to be out of business.
Reload was the subject of an FDA advisory to consumers in June 2013 that revealed the pills contained sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, but failed to list the agent on its packaging. The advisory notified consumers to “stop using this product immediately and throw it away.” No further news about Reload has appeared since that time.
AVN reached out to Kulich Wednesday for comment about Reload, and while he had not replied as of post time, he did issue the following statement Thursday morning on his Facebook page, which he has subsequently removed:
“I was never the owner of Reload, just a salesman. Our company also did not manufacture the pill ourselves. We bought the pills already capsulized from another company. We would then package them up with our packaging and the list of ingredients provided to us by the manufacturer. In other words we were a white label distributor as were dozens of other brands on the market at the time.
“Upon receiving notification from the FDA that there was an undeclared ingredient, we immediately contacted every customer and did a recall.
“The company was then closed down and all product that was returned to us was refunded and subsequently destroyed.
“Since the company closed and even while we were operating, there were a number of issues with counterfeiters. Companies selling product with identical packaging which operated while we were in business and long after we closed our doors. There were also a number of other companies using the name Reload.
“According to statements made by the Working Girls who were with Odom, he had taken 10 Reload Pills from a bottle. Our pills never came in a bottle, only blister packaging. Another company unaffiliated with ours operating under the name Reload packaged their product in bottle containing 10 Pills.”
Odom had taken cocaine and 10 tabs of “sexual performance enhancer supplements” in the days before his hospitalization, Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly said Wednesday. 10 tabs directly contradict the “bottle” theory that Mike Kulich posted about on his now deleted Facebook post.
Hof the owner of the whore house where Lamar Odom was found unconscious told Lamar the Reload pills. So while Kulich admits they closed the company, does that mean that people don’t still have them in stock? Clearly Dennis Hof did.
In an interview with The Washington Post on Wednesday night, Hof admitted that Odom had purchased “herbal Viagra” pills during his multi-day stay. “It’s called ‘Reload,’” he said, naming the particular brand of sexual performance enhancing pills Odom purchased from the brothel. “It’s an herbal supplement that gives you energy,” Hof told The Post. “They say it’s for erectile dysfunction. Prior to the rest of the world finding out that it was in fact his product that might have directly contributed to Lamar Odom’s collapse Mike Kulich was laying the blame on the Kardashian’s.

Lamar Odom was found on Tuesday afternoon on the floor of Love Ranch suite with a pink “mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth,” a brothel manager told TMZ.
He arrived on Saturday and spent three days with two women, drinking cognac and downing Reload, according to Love Ranch spokesman Richard Hunter. Odom told one of the women “that on Saturday prior to arriving here that he had used a small amount of cocaine,” Hunter told the New York Daily News.
