Courtney Cummz is blasting a guy who she says hired her and then revoked her payment on his credit card, AFTER she fulfilled her contract with him.

NL-I asked Courtney for a few details and here’s what she said-
What is his name? Jason Marshall Blaustien
What does he run/own? www.wedosignings.com
How did you connect with him and make arrangements? He emailed me asking if I would be interested in making an appearance for pay. He emailed me in December and we hammered out the signed contract at that time.
Is there a signed contract for your appearance? Yes there is.
Where/When did you appear? Mother Kelly’s Restaurant, Cedarhurst, New York on June 23, 2012
Do you have pictures from the appearance I can post? Yes

What happened with his payment? He paid the 50% deposit and travel expense two months prior to the event. The remaining was paid by credit card the night of the appearance after I completed the signing.
Does he give you any reason for non payment? I signed 400 photos that he provided. He lost the photos which is not my fault. He asked me to sign more after I had returned home. I declined because it wasn’t my fault that he lost the photos I signed also i used my own 8×10 ‘s for the first 1 1/2 of the event because his were not delivered. I had already complete my signing engagement & provided my own transportation(which was his responsibility) .To get me back, he reversed charges on his credit card and my processor took that money out of my bank account.

At first blush (and yes we do need his side), it appears Mr. Blaustein owes Courtney money. He is in breach of contract.
I do know that Courtney did provide her own transportation, as she was asking about directions and thought she got lost prior to the start of the event.
Having dealt with this individual in the past at his “mass signings”, he is not very good at it. A lot of individuals who have worked for him in the past that i’ve spoken to regarding my fan side of the event echoed that they had the same bad experience from their end and stated they wouldn’t work with him again.
He doesn’t have enough sense and experience to deal with the type of events we are talking about. He wants everything done NOW, in regards to his cut of autographed merch(that he will sell later), to the point that he will interupt conversations and talent’s meals to tell them that they need to sign things at that moment.
