As many of you know PWL was down for several hours. It is now back up. Mike South says on his site that the actual traffic PWL is receiving amounts to about 200 viewers a day. AND there is a document circulating on Twitter with instructions on HOW to take down PWL. So if they keep going down, there is probably why. I have a copy of this document, although I am not going to post it here. I have no idea if the instructions really work or not.
