from YNOT.com – Manwin has acquired all assets of Carsed Maraketing Inc. for an undisclosed sum, the companies announced Thursday. Included in the buyout were Twistys, TwistysCash and several other web-based adult properties.
Carsed’s portfolio of websites and affiliate programs joins Manwin’s flagship virtual studio Brazzers and tube site YouPorn.com, which Manwin acquired in May. The deal also included GayTube.com, SexTube.com and TrannyTube.com, further diversifying Manwin’s portfolio and providing the company a presence in the gay and transsexual markets.
In a prepared statement, Manwin said Twistys.com is “on par with other Manwin properties, but caters to its own niche market and targets a customer segment and demographic that’s new to the [Manwin] organization.”
“Twistys has a glamorous approach to creating content and provides a softer take on adult entertainment,” the statement noted.
As the company did with YouPorn, Manwin intends to leave points of contact and operating policies intact for the time being.

I still would like to know if there is a connection between Manwin et al and that Ukranian Torrent bust not too long ago. And while all of this is going on Alison at Pink Visual/Ventura is going around the country making speeches about hunting pirates while Kaptian Jack Thylman sails free.
To celebrate Twistys acquisition they all went out and got Twisters at Polo Loco… some had m&ms mixed in, others, oreos!
