NL- Porn performer Jack Venice aka Christopher Jack Reid was convicted of rape three years ago. Before the rape accusation Jack was living a happy life seriously dating Hannah Hilton, helping her raise her son, and starting a business. It was quite obvious that the press used his PORN STAR occupation to pump up the story. The prosecution also used it to help convict him. Is he innocent or guilty? I don’t know the answer to that. But a new website put up by his family & friends certainly presents some compelling evidence on his side. We never really got to hear Jack’s side of the story. It is a very interesting and enlightening read.

With that said, a collegiate dictionary defines rape as sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will of, usually, a female. The accuser in this case has not accused anyone of the kind of rape mentioned above. She claims that she woke up to find a finger touching her vagina. Christopher was with 2 men on the night that this took place; it was Kyle Schott and Colin Davis.
Kyle Schott admits to touching the accuser’s vagina with his finger. However the accuser never claimed Christopher touched her. He was at most only convicted of being an accomplice, because they claim he was in the room. Now, when you hear that someone has been sentenced to life in prison, your first thought is that he must have killed someone. If it is for rape he must have been a serial rapist, or at least have an extensive criminal history. None of the above is true in this case. After high school graduation in Houston, Texas, he served as a machine gunner in the Marine Corps for four years (2000-2004). He was stationed in California and Japan and fought in Iraq for the better part of 2003.
Well…….what’s the catch? After his military service, Christopher became a porn star. It was certainly not his parent’s proudest moment, as they expected him to attend college in Texas upon his discharge. At first they did not believe him. They asked him not to do porn but he said, “I love you both. I have thought this through. For now I am happy doing this. This is my unconventional free spirited way of living up the freedom that I just fought for in Iraq. It’s a legitimate business and I plan to treat it as such while having the time of my life and getting paid well.”

The following information will prove how a small town stood together against a single man. They corrupted the legal system that Americans trust. They tore Christopher from his family, friends and life because they feared his way of living.
Christopher has always maintained his innocence. Listed below are some key facts that you should bear in mind while reading:
*Washington State has imposed an “indeterminate sentence” law pertaining to some sex crimes and other serious violent offenses. In a nutshell, Christopher was charged with rape in the second degree and because of the “indeterminate sentence” law, he is serving a life sentence with a minimum of 9 ½ years. That law means that the Department of Corrections can choose to release him but they do not have to. This was never explained to Christopher by his lawyer. He only found out about the life sentence after the trial. That is just UN-American as far as we are concerned. He would have taken a plea deal had he known he was facing life behind bars. *Christopher paid his trial lawyer $25k, $20k for a retainer fee and $5k if the case went to trial. Had there been no trial, his lawyer would have missed out on that extra $5k.
*Christopher’s bail was $200k; Kyle Schott’s bail was $100k
*Christopher drove 26 hours to turn himself in when he became aware of the charges.
*Kyle Schott was found at his home with no beard after word was spread that authorities were searching for a bearded man with shaggy long hair. The police found evidence there, a pair of sunglasses that Kyle Schott had stolen that night from the residence where the accuser had spent the night.
*Kyle Schott violated his bail agreements and went to jail for driving drunk.
*The accuser was in her final college years of studying child education. All other witnesses were college students at WSU in Pullman, WA, possibly contributing to bias.
*The two female forensic scientists, who did all DNA lab testing, were both WSU grads.
*There are no fingerprints, DNA, or evidence of any kind that puts Christopher in the room where the assault took place. He was charged, stood trial and convicted of the following:
1) Rape 2 @ Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority
2) Burglary 1 @ Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority
3) Residential Burglary @ Pi Beta Phi Sorority
4) Residential Burglary @ Delta Gamma Sorority
5) Attempted Residential Burglary @ Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity- the jury found him not guilty of this charge."

You know for a long time I felt like the got a raw deal with that life sentence but then later I found out that he was the one who raped Devon on the set of that Shane’s World movie.
So in the end he may have gotten fucked on his most recent conviction but he got off scott free for raping another girl so I guess that kinda evens itself out, no?
There has never been a shred of evidence that Reid raped Devon, various members of the trip itself all stating that it didn’t happen. Given her lengthy history and his current conviction, neither of them are particularly credible in the eyes of most people.
As far as the various convictions stemming from his WSU trip, even a cursory look at the facts raises many legal issues, not least of which was the plea deal allowing the one who laid hands on the coed to get a superior deal just so long as he told the jurors what the prosecutors wanted him to. Shouldn’t the legal issues be looked at by a higher court given the magnitude of the sentence?
He got steam-rolled. I’ve seen lighter sentences for manslaughter and child molestation. You can touch a kid sexually against his/her will and get a lighter sentence than the dude that possibly did a little sleep-creepin finger-job.
That being said, I think Jack Venice is a textbook douche-bag. I’ve seen him in non-performer mode and he reminds me of everybody that I hated in High School wrapped into one big ball of douche-nozzle.

Hello. This is Jack Venice. Regarding “ Kelli’s” post, I will first clarify that I am not 100% certain which Kelli this is but if she is the same Kelli who previously posted supportive information, then I sincerely thank her. However, she is wrong about the allegations involving the Shane’s World movie Devon does Baja.
Here are the actual facts: A few years ago, Shane’s World signed a contract with Devon. I knew that she was a pretty girl who was formerly contracted with Digital Playground and I looked forward to working with her. Devon does Baja was her first movie and it was shot in Baja, Mexico. The cast/crew included Carly Parker, Justice Young, Devon, myself, Rick Shameless (camera), Carey (production manager) and maybe a few others. There were at least 8 people, but it’s too far back to remember all the names. We were staying in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beach house for 3 days. I slept on the sofa with Carly Parker every night. For those unfamiliar with Shane’s World, these trips are shot like MTVs Real World in the sense that the sex scenes are only one part of the movie. Cameras were rolling throughout the whole weekend.
Everyone who was there will verify that I was never alone with Devon. It is my understanding that Devon has claimed that the one scene that we did together was rape. I invite anyone reading this to go check out shanesworld.com, watch the scene and judge for yourself.
For those who were there, I urge you to take these allegations seriously. I point out that her claims mean that all of you are accused of being accomplices. Christopher Jack Reid, is a good person and not at all the person that some of you believe him to be. It really sucks to hear all of you people talk about him the way you do. I forgive you of course, because you don’t know the man that he is. If you knew him at all, you could never say the things that you do. I sincerely hope that you never have to know that you could be wrongfully convicted of something in which you had no part of. Btw guys, IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU TOO. I will defend him always, because I believe and trust him. I am not now, nor have I ever been, in the porn industry, etc. I am not an ex-girlfriend, nor interested in Chris in any way, other than as a friend. Within everything I have read, and believe me, I have had access to everything, I know that he is 100% innocent and guess what? I only got to know him AFTER the (false) conviction. Okay so I am a sucker for justice, what can I say? His case is not the only one I care about and if you were in the same position, you might find me to me to be an advocate of yours, only after I researched it and found you to be innocent of the charges, that is. I have spent countless hours of my own free time researching his case to come to this conclusion. Until you do the same, your comments are, for lack of a better word, crap.
I am not some stupid, silly girl that is or could be wrapped up in Chris’ charm or his good looks. Admittedly he has them, but I couldn’t care less. I know and would bet with 100% assurity that Chris is innocent of these charges. I would rest everything I have and own on it.

Samm, I was trying to be as fair as possible regarding societal perceptions. I followed the WSU case closely enough to question how fair it was just as all my inquiries into the Baja incident led to one conclusion (as stated above).

He could be the coolest guy in the world. All I know about him is the doo-rags and Ed Hardy wear and in today’s society, there’s a certain stigma attached to that look. I totally agree that he got the raw deal and probably doesn’t deserve the prison time that he got. But, my knowledge is limited.

@Houstondon Yeah once I posted that I wanted to rephrase what I said to you. I understand what you mean regarding his credibility in the eyes of most people. I find him credible but then I have had access to the details of his case. I do think that you are fair and you have done the research obviously. I am sorry if it came across as though I thought otherwise.
@Fartz Chris(Jack)and I are complete opposites in many, many ways. Can’t really say I can recall him in doo-rags or Ed Hardy but I get the gist of what you are saying. He was not at all who I perceived him to be originally. You can’t always judge a book by its cover. That is something that I had to remember myself.
When I first learned about Jack Venice’s aka Christopher Jack Reid conviction I thought he was stupid for raping someone when he gets paid to have sex. But as a read more articles and watched news clips things didn’t add up. Then I found udontnojack.com and it not only confirmed my suspicions but it revealed many errors as well as bias that were used to convict Jack Venice. Similar to Samm, I have also had access to everything regarding his case and I can say that I am certain that he is innocent of the crimes that he was accused as well as convicted of.
Statements from the trial when compared and contrasted with original statements from police reports show that many of the witnesses accounts have changed, including the accuser’s. This alone raises a red flag that something is amiss.
The problem with the accuser’s testimony was even revealed during the trial but no one picked up on it. Counter to how memory works her memory of what occurred became better over time. She even admitted that most of her memory came from a “dreamlike” state right after she woke up. This type of memory is highly susceptible to suggestion and change.
The testimony from the man who was also accused for the rape is also suspect not only because he received a plea deal of 13 months for testifying against Chris but he was caught lying multiple times during the trial and investigation.
Investigators did not use proper procedure when providing witnesses a photo lineup of suspects and are guilty of bias. Police administering the photo lineup were closely involved in the investigation even though it is known that investigators can giveaway subtle clues intentionally or unintentionally. The photo lineup with Chris showed bias because he was the only blonde and his photo was the only one professionally taken. Plus, the investigators omitted during the trial that the accuser identified another man as a potential suspect.
Then there is the problem with the DNA evidence used against Chris. Recent peer review of the evidence shows DNA from an unidentified male and even questions Chris being even considered as a contributor, minor or otherwise.
The list of problems goes on but I would suggest to anyone that they should visit udontnojack.com. New evidence is up and it’s shocking to read that Chris was convicted under such circumstances.
