NL-What a MESS! Remember this story from last year? What do you guys think should be done to keep a minor out of porn? I have seen many 15 year olds that look & act 21. This girl had fake ID’s ( a learner’s permit with her picture on it saying she was 19 {I saw it}), tattoos, piercings & is five foot ten. Of course I don’t think she should have been cast in a porn, but I just don’t know how RK could have known she was a minor…
And here’s the next problem, the guy who was cast, and had sex with her in the movie can also be criminally charged. Florida law basically says not knowing someone is a minor is not a defense for having sex with her. This guy is not being identified by RK, and is being searched for, here’s his picture & close up of his tat
Also RK is the distributor of the movie, they had it on their site for a short time. But who filmed it? Who Directed it? Who cast it? We don’t know those answers yet. Reality Kings sued for casting a 15-year-old runaway in a porn

In January 2010, a 15-year-old girl from Palm Beach Shores — we’ll call her C.S. — ran away from home.
Eight months later, porn site Reality Kings — owned by Brickell-based smut giant RK Netmedia — uploaded a new film. It was called Cum Fiesta and featured a new porn starlet going by the name Bieyanka Moore.
Now C.S.’s mother, Sherrita Smalley, has filed suit against RK, claiming that her underage daughter and Bieyanka Moore are one and the same — constituting "sexual battery, statutory rape, [and] child pornography."
Pictures from Bieyanka Moore’s purported MySpace and Twitter pages look strikingly similar to the photo of C.S. given to Nevada Child Seekers by her grandmother. And Moore has a tattoo — four stars on the right side of her neck — matching C.S.’s description. The runaway is in police custody in Nevada, says Smalley’s Miami-based attorney, Mark A. Glassman, and her case is being investigated by the FBI. "This is a lot more complex than she showed up and got in a movie," he says. "A 15-year-old did not orchestrate this alone."
RK claims the actress known as Bieyanka Moore provided producers with a valid Nevada learner’s permit, purporting her to be 19-year-old Tyler Chanel Evans, and a corresponding social security printout. If those documents were bogus — as RK appears to concede in some filings — it’s the minor’s fault: "But for this criminal activity by C.S., she never would have been able to mislead [RK]," the company insisted in court.
A few hours after uploading Moore’s film debut, says RK attorney Stuart I. Grossman, the porn company received an anonymous tip claiming she was underage. "They took down the video immediately and called the FBI," Grossman says. "The bottom line is RK did everything it could to verify the actress’s age."
As the case unfolds, there is one person who should be worried: the as-yet-unidentified actor who had on-camera sex with the girl. Florida law decrees that "a minor’s misrepresentation of his or her age… may not be raised as a defense" in statutory rape prosecution.

Hey, doing porn at age 15 worked for Traci Lords, although not for the industry. And Traci was never held liable for the bad decisions she made that she pretty much took zero responsibility for. Instead she got rewarded by the attention, money and paths into mainstream. So what message did Traci’s career and her stupid, lying book tell the rest of us, especially aspiring jail-bait babes? In the end, porn companies are scapegoated even though they never had any knowledge nor involvement in concocting false IDs.
Isn’t reality kings also being sued for using music in their videos that they didn’t get permission to use?
As Christy Canyon has said about Traci Lords autobiography, it would’ve been really interesting if only she had been honest, but Lords started her sordid career path of fame and fortune based on dishonesty, and to this day she continues to bullshit us, and perhaps, even herself. She’s an outlaw who got rewarded for her crimes, so go figure girls continue to falsify their IDs as only the companies hiring her (and consumers suddenly in possession of “child pornography”) have to pay the price.

The studio made a really good effort to check on this girls ID. They (and the male talent that boned her) should NOT be penalized for what happened. Years ago I was stunned when I learned Traci Lords was only 15. I rubbed one out more then once to her movies and never thought for 1 second she was only 15 so the girls can pass as an adult (18 years old).
Its ridiculous that her mom wants to sue the studio when she showed proper IDs and they photocopied them. How about she put more effort into raising her daughter so she didn’t grow up to run away from home and get into porn with fake IDs?
RK tends to use the same male talent for their individual series. Does anyone know what series that scene was shot for? I’m guessing Purely 18, First Time Auditions, or Round and Brown. I couldn’t come with much doing a left shoulder tattoo search.

RK does not screen very hard with directors. They just want the cheapest.
Why are you showing his picture? You want him found? He’s the least to blame for this. He didn’t know how old she was and the liability doesn’t fall on him like it does with Reality Kings. It wasn’t his job to make sure she’s of legal age.
