In a lot of counties strippers have to go in and get an occupational license in the state of California to work in clubs. I’m not sure if that requires a live scan for finger prints, but wouldn’t that make everything easier in adult production? If performers go in and get fingerprinted wouldn’t that solve a lot of problems and assist with the usc 2257 record keeping? It seems that would make it a lot easier on the industry as a whole.

How do you figure that Origen? Finger printing would protect producers from any liability…if a performer went in for live scan/occupational licence the responsibility would fall on the state if there was ever an underage performer… As long as the producer ran the prints and they check out it would be zero liability for the producer… That’s a plus for the business.
