NL- This is in reference to Vivid being about to release the Brittney Jones sex tape. Brittney is rumored to have had an affair with Kutcher. Basically the letter says that Vivid is using Kutcher’s name to make money without his permission. And they must stop or they could be sued for damages. Says nothing about whether or not Kutcher "knows" Brittney.
