Fuck condoms. In case I can’t make it here are some of my main points in advance.
a. Slippage & broken condom rate: 8%
b. HIV+ tranmission rate in unprotected sex: 1/1000- 1/100,000
c. The size of HIV sized particles are 50x smaller than the voids in condoms.
d. All HIV tests are “presumptive”
e. The two co-discovers of HIV, Robert Gallo and Luc Montagnier say: HIV needs co-factors to cause AIDs (Gallo), HIV might be harmless or otherwise can be cured with nutritional diet and water in a couple of weeks (Montagnier)
f. AHF is a whore of Big Pharm and makes money by pushing rubbers and psuedo-science.
g. Consumers, producers and performers overwhelmingly prefer bareback to rubbers. We have the right to choose.
h. Health-scare orgs lie. There is no epidemic.
i. California’s economy is bad enough already. Leave us alone, condom nazis!

They’ve been getting it wrong for years about AIDS, yet we’re still supposed to mindlessly trust these authorities.
Bob Gallo stole his sample from Luc Montagnier, then he altered his own documents, amongst a few other violations. Gallo’s tests for HIV don’t prove HIV’s presence. How does anyone have the right to say, “It seems you have AIDS?” We were told we millions and millions would die, that it would affect everyone, but it still remains in the same original risk groups. AIDS was born when they erroneously linked Gay Related Immune Deficiency, as they called it, with IV drug addicts deaths. Gays and IV addicts are still the two main AIDS groups in the Western world. AIDS in Africa is based on presumptive diagnoses (no test, specifically), and in fact all tests for HIV are presumptive. We can’t trust these authorities and we all should tell them to fuck off so we can live our own lives. Short term antibiotic therapy for other real STDs, combined with good diet, exercise and obstaining from immunosuppressive behavior (drug abuse) is what we need. We have to collectively reclaim our sovereignty. No more forcing pregnant mothers to kill their babies. Enough is enough!

I find it fascinating that Shelley Lubben would write and invite industry people to come out to the panel. We know how she craves an audience, but apparently the event’s organizers, for their own reasons, DO NOT. Here’s what happened.
I stumbled upon a reference to this panel in the calendar on Lubben’s site two days before the event (the 16th) — BEFORE it was posted on LukeIsBack, incidentally. She listed the name of the event, the location, and gave the start time as 11:00 am. I passed the info on to Free Speech Coalition, and Diane Duke essentially had to “bully” her way onto the panel. FSC also alerted AVN (who, also, had heard nothing out the panel).
Shelley Lubben must have been told to NOT promote the event, because, after FSC and AVN called over to the panel organizers, citing Shelley’s website as how they’d heard about it, the start time on Shelley’s site was mysteriously ALTERED to 2:00 pm (which is 50 minutes after he event had to end so that a scheduled class could use the room). I have the screen grabs to prove it, although as of yesterday the start time was STILL revised to 2:00 pm on Lubben’s site. I can only conclude they called her to complain, and Shelley’s instinct, as usual, was to distort the truth. She takes a kernel of truth, and then twists it to serve her needs.
The original panel line-up had included only adult performer Mr. Marcus, opposed by Lubben, Dr. Peter Kerndt, and Whitney Engeran-Cordova. That’s a three-to-one ratio. After Diane Duke was added to the bill, suddenly the incredibly rude and small-minded Dr. Paula Tavrow was added to make it four-to-two. They had planned to bushwhack Mr. Marcus, plain and simple.
