AJ Bailey, Smartest Porn Star- Exclusive interview-Pt1

All natural, long, lean, blonde hair & blue eyed beautiful, Vivid Contract Star AJ Bailey is more then skin deep. She’s also billed as the “World’s Smartest Porn Star.” Since she graduated with a Master’s degree in Anthropology and Museum Studies she’s certainly heads and boobs above most on an educational level. X: I’m making myself hungry. On to your history. I know that you did a few scenes in 2006, only girl/girl. Were you into girls in your real life at that time too?


AJ: Yeah. I was into girls before I was into boys in general in my life. I started messing around with girls two years before I did anything with guys. And so I’ve always been that way. But that phase in my life when I got into girl/girl porn I actually frequented a website that I liked to go on and watch, and they had a models wanted ad at the bottom. I thought, what the hell, I can do this. So I was getting ready to go to grad school and I was looking for ways to make cash anyway so it just all came together. So that became my focus. I was totally pervy on set too. I was hitting on the girls all the time and stuff. So it was really good, but then when I came back this time, I was ready for a change. I still love chicks but I am much more male oriented now. I am really into the boy/girl thing and I said if I come back that’s how I am going to do it, but I preferred to do it with a contract. And the stars were aligned. It just all worked out for me.

X: I would think that because of that title you would constantly be tested. So you are the smartest girl in porn, well then answer this question. Is everyone always making you prove how smart you are?


AJ: Yeah, actually. But it’s also good because even before I had a movie out I had already done Howard Stern because he had already heard about me and he had me on the show. So they put me in the tickle chair and give me a quiz. If I got it wrong I was punished and if I was right I got to plug my movie. So some people do want to challenge me and that’s fun. So in that case it works to my advantage because it piques people’s curiosity about me


X: You have a very good outlook on it. It would make me very anxious every time I did an interview because I would worry about what they were going to ask me and was I going to seem stupid because I don’t know the answer. There will be no quiz questions in this interview by the way.


AJ: (Laughs) Okay. I am really confident in my book knowledge, that’s where I am good. So on current events and book knowledge I can kick anyone’s ass at that. My common sense may be a little lacking at times. I am good at trivial knowledge so half the time radio DJ’s aren’t really known for their PhD’s so I’m pretty confident when I go up against them. Plus it’s not that much fun if you get everything right anyway. That’s lame.


X: Then you wouldn’t have gotten tickled.


AJ: Right, right, right. And on the Stern show they had to start making shit up. They were asking me questions that they didn’t know the answers too. They just pulled it out of their ass because they wanted to tickle me some more, no sense in getting everything right.


X: That’s pretty funny if they ask you questions and they don’t know if you are answering them correctly or not.


AJ: No they didn’t, so they said just tickle her.


X: I’ve read lots of interesting things about you, like that you wrote your thesis in Scotland in a Castle.


AJ: Uh huh. That’s true. My philosophy is that nothing is impossible, anything you want to do you can do. People just tend not to jump, that is the only difference. I mean I have an unusual life just by being a porn star but I had a list of things on my wall that I wanted to do and one of them was to go to Scotland. So I had the chance to do an internship, so I thought why don’t I combine one of the things on my life list with my internship. That is how I got over to Scotland for a couple weeks. I liked it so much that I transferred my graduate program over there. So I got something accomplished but I also got to do something really fun and amazing.


X: See your common sense does work!


AJ: No and I won’t. I don’t get it. Big fucking deal. I am afraid of heights, but that is so high that it’s not even a matter of heights anymore. Why the fuck would I throw myself out of a plane? I mean I’ve swam with sharks before. And you could ask me why would I do that? Because it’s beautiful. To have the sharks around you is really interesting and the fish are beautiful and it’s all really cool and I love animals. But just to throw myself out of a plane just to see if I land doesn’t seem to have much of a point, ya know? Scenery isn’t even that beautiful from a plane. When you are falling at 90 miles per hour toward the pavement you aren’t looking at the trees so I just don’t get it.


X:You are funny.
