Tera Patrick/ Evan Seinfeld She Said- He Said

NL- I have been friendly with Evan and Tera for many years so I am going to TRY to keep my opinions to myself on this subject and stick to what they say, or quoting them from other places. I did a lengthy interview with Tera last week, so I will have excerpts of that soon. I will also be talking to Evan to let him have his voice heard. Divorce is tough  to live through no matter who is doing it. but trying to do it in the public eye while running joint companies is so difficult. I’m also going to say- don’t believe everything you read (unless you read it as a direct quote from me of course!), Tera’s book " Sinner Takes All, ,comes out January 17th, and Evan’s new website,  PornStarRockStar.com, launches soon, and both of them are very smart marketeers. Just sayin’

Adult film star Tera Patrick gave her porn star hubby Evan Seinfeld an ultimatum — their marriage or his steamy screen career — and he chose porn, she claims.

In her new memoir, "Sinner Takes All," Patrick recounts how she told Seinfeld, her husband of seven years, last summer that he had to give up starring in X-rated films if he wanted to stay married to her. (Patrick herself had not shot a new video since 2006.) After Seinfeld chose the flicks, the couple split in September.

Writes Patrick: "I said to Evan, ‘I’m your wife, and that is the strongest bond two people should have, and that should come first. I’ve moved on from porn. And I want you to stop. You promised me you’d only do porn for a few years. Your few years are up.’ "

Tera Patrick‘s ex-husband, Evan Seinfeld is striking back at her claim that he chose continuing to do porn over his marriage to her. "I’m very grateful to have worked with her, but I’m disappointed in the way she’s handling things," Seinfeld told us. "It was a very amicable split, so this feels like a cheap shot." Seinfeld, who starred in HBO’s "Oz" and who produces events for Hell’s Kitchen strip club HeadQuarters, adds, "While it was great that we were the ‘First Couple’ of porn, the fact is Tera hates the industry. She’s not a sexual person. We barely had sex in our own marriage. She’s desperate to break into the mainstream, and just wants to generate press." He continued, "I didn’t choose porn over her. Our marriage had a lot of holes in it, despite what she claims. I chose freedom." Seinfeld’s personal Web site, RockStarPornStar.com, launches next week.

  1. “While it was great that we were the ‘First Couple’ of porn, the fact is Tera hates the industry. She’s not a sexual person. We barely had sex in our own marriage. She’s desperate to break into the mainstream, and just wants to generate press.”

That one statement did so much damage. That was just brutal. Talk about hitting below the belt.

  2. “… the fact is Tera hates the industry. She’s not a sexual person…….. She’s desperate to break into the mainstream, and just wants to generate press.”

Boy does that sounds exactly like Teri Weigel; two peas from the same pod, I wonder if there are more!

So is this fight real, or just so that they can both gain more attention for their projects?

I have a hard time seeing Tera as not really being that sexual of a person. Maybe what is really meant is that she’s not a pushover.

Also is Evan really doing that much porn to where he can’t stop? I don’t think he’d be much of a “known” rock or porn star if it weren’t for his connection with Tera.

I think they work well as a team, and Tera is fine solo, but Evan solo without Tera isn’t too exciting.

    Just a fan girl’s opinion.

  4. It’s not a surprise Seinfeld moved Tera’s scene to the top of his rockstarpimp website. I won’t say anything bad except he looks like a dirt bag pimp and she looks like a hasbeen who’s been pimped out too much by her slime ball hubby.

  5. Jay Grdina has never once said anything negative against Jenna Jameson and she’s still complaining about him to this very day. So Tera not liking sex and hating the industry is news? I’ve heard this for years. The same about Jenna Jameson too.

All Tera said was Evan chose porn over her. EVERYONE knew that. So he comes out and says far worse about her than anything she ever said about him. Evan got into porn and right from the beginning was pissing people off and alienating many. Many then started attacking Tera because of Evan.

He is where he is today in the porn industry because of Tera. I don’t know why he thinks attacking Tera will win him any points with anyone because it won’t. And all everyone sees is he picked porn over his wife and chose her new contract girl Lupe Fuentes over her. What he’s saying about Tera is nothing new. He’s only dug himself into a deeper hole.

I believe Evan, Tera always looked miserable at the porn events. Case closed.

  7. “the fact is Tera hates the industry. She’s not a sexual person. We barely had sex in our own marriage. She’s desperate to break into the mainstream, and just wants to generate press.”

I also believe Evan. That is so typical of contract girls that is not even funny.

Most of them seen to hate what they do for a living yet crave for attention.

Still I despise Evan for helping one of the most natural beauties in porn ruin herself.

Changing the rules midstream is a huge reason for breaking up outside of the industry as well. Tera wanted him to abandon a lifestyle he had become accustomed to (with her permission) over the years, one that made her noteworthy as well. I had a bumpy start regarding Evan and made many comments that were unfavorable to him over the years but he rose above it and came out ahead of the game by building bridges (not just to me either).

Without porn, she was destined for obscurity (too thick for a long time career as a fashion model, lacking acting ability enough to keep her out of anything but tiny roles in mainstream projects) and while I have long found her to be physically attractive, most of her performances rely strictly on her looks or those few times when she worked with someone like Evan that she liked (at the time) to make it work.

As far as starting the usual “who owes whom more” argument, she might have gotten him into the business but he did as much for her as Jay did for Jenna. She could have stayed at Digital Playground for years and they would have kept her high on a pedestal with limited performances for maximum contract income but he wanted more for her and helped her get an ownership stake in a company herself. Given the state of the industry, I don’t see Evan’s new companies thriving much, nor do I see Teravision beating the odds past a few years, but he was always more personable than she was at industry events (by far) and his statements about her were just as much a given as her statements about him.

  9. They were friends/lovers in deed. This always ends badly.

Remember when she said she and Angelina were e-mailing each other back and forth? That was a laugh.
