I just heard that Janine is appearing on Good Morning America to tell her side of the story. It does not appear anywhere on their website or TV listing, but if anyone is up that early please watch. I’ll record it.
I watched the show- Janine Lindemulder says she is a good mother and her daughter is her world. I am the best mother I can be. She has fallen on hard times and has bad credit and can’t work in adult. She is looking for a career in the tattoo industry. They showed the new husband for 10 seconds and said he was also an ex-con. Janine spoke well; calmly, clearly and said that she thought Sandra was a good mother, and what they needed to do was sit down and talk about it. It was heard to pay attention to what Janine was saying though, she now has a huge red tattoo of a heart on the front of her throat.
I have it scheduled to record tomorrow but I’m showing that scheduled to appear is Rachael Ray, Steve Harvey and author Donald Spoto. I’ll let you know what comes up. I do know that someone is making the TV rounds because my Janine site (www.JustJanine.com) is getting major pounded with traffic this last week. I had 25,000 unique visitors on one day alone last week!

I thought it was interesting that Janine said the courts told her she CAN’T work in adult any longer.
I find that curious? Since when can the courts say how you earn your money, unless there is an underlying reason why she cant be having sex on film anymore?
I also find it funny that she is blaming Sandra in all this, but no blame on Jessie.
They also left out the part of her now husband being a white supremacist and a drug felon. Or maybe they just didn’t ask the right questions!
Semi-simple math per her employment restrictions: she owes nearly 300K, court cuts out her chief source of income for an extended period, interest/penalties compound daily, she petitions for release from employment restriction, that request takes a few months/years to run through the court, restriction finally lifted and by that time the 300K is at least 500K and change.
I saw the interview on Inside Edition and she was made to look bad, she was edited out of context several times, going to the press was a horrible idea and will make her situation worse, she gave them a lot of ammo, the mainstream press is never your friend if you are involved in adult in any way.
Inside Edition is more tabloid than the others. She should have gone to Entertainment Tonight and The Insider. They treat porn stars nicely there. They even occasionally feature the behind the scenes of new porn parodies.
Given that Jesse gave her the money to pay off her tax bill and she spent it elsewhere, she is damned lucky the Feds allowed her to plead to the misdemeanor (that alone showed intent). While I hope they all work it out before court, having that skinhead felon around and no legal source of income really doesn’t bode well for the tattooed hotty. I’d like to see more information on Jeremy Aiken(sp?) to know if there is more to him than his criminal record because so far, he is weighing her down a lot.
I read Janine bought a new home and car with the “get out of my life” money Jesse paid Janine after he left her for Sandra Bullock. She has two kids. So a new home (an investment) and a car are geared a lot towards providing for the kids than just her. I never said she shouldn’t be punished for the tax xharge. She should be treated like everyone else. But losing her child because of it, no.
Darrah, was the recreational vehicle also an “investment” (driven off the lot to lose 30% of it’s value immediately)? And a brand new car? Heck, the money did not buy a house either, it paid for the down payment, not a great investment when you have no means of making the mortgage payments (and in today’s market, it could turn upside down overnight; ask Raylene how well the real estate market is doing now that she is back to making fuck flicks).
Had she paid off the debt, she would have been free & clear to make a living and maintain joint custody of Sunny. She would have also had enough money to start up in something else while finding suitable employment. The Janine I know might suck with money decisions and at picking partners but she can charm the skin off a snake and is otherwise intelligent in other facets of life. She could write, do voice-overs, act, strip, work for Dennis Hof, or a thousand other jobs when the dust settles but instead we get to see her make decision after decision telling the world she really doesn’t want Sunny. Actions speak louder than words…
You actually believe Janine’s problems would have been over if she had paid her taxes? Sandra Bullock wants that child and they were already suing for custody long before Janine went to prison. The porn star with the “drug problem” was going to still be dragged into court as two whores try to rip away a child away from her mother, older brother, and extended family.
Darrah, her problems would have been far easier to handle had she used the money to pay off the IRS. Don’t forget that custody battles are a dime a dozen and have been around since the dawn of time while the IRS has proven to be the most powerful government body around over the last hundred years. Had she paid her taxes in the first place, it would have prevented such an easy line of attack and given Jesse’s peace with the other ex-spouse, insured Janine plenty of access to Sunny in a joint custody arrangement.
And using your poorly chosen language, it would be just as fair to suggest this is merely a “whore” trying to rip a child away from a loving father and stepmother in order to socialize her with drug manufacturing felons and skinhead white supremacists. Not fair, is it?
They already had joint long before she got married recently. She might not have even married this guy if she wasn’t going through all her problems now and probably thinking I need someone in my life to help me. Yeah I know, pick a better choice. Yes Darrah I think her IRS problems would have been over. The IRS wanting their money is nothing new to Porn Valley. They have gone after Hollywood people too, so why is Janine immune?
She also would not have had to hand over Sunny and her other 2 kids if she had set up payments and kept the IRS off her back.

Darrah, you has just made Sandra Bollocks point. Nick Cage has not done anthing that can endanger his children yet. Janine might has sealed her problems when got married with her current husband.
Janine has a long story of being inmature, lazy. Now she seems to be in a downward spiral. A spiral you do not want to see becasue you are blinded by your hatred for Sandra Bollocks and Jesse James.
The kind by be better with Sandra for now. Maybe Janine will realice that she needs to fix her life if she wants to keep her kid.
If Janine paid her taxes, she would still be fighting for custody. This is all about Sandra Bullock wanting a young child. The one child in her grasp has a porn star mother which to many means she doesn’t deserve to raise children. Janine was arrested AFTER Sandra and Jesse sued for sole custody. Janine and Jesse already had joint. Then he snapped (Sandra) and sued for sole. Then Janine was arrested and two years later is in prison. Sandra is too old to have kids. So she and Jesse set out to put Janine in prison for anything. That happened to be taxes. Though Jesse doesn’t pay his bills either and is being sued now. They already had joint which Janine allowed when he suddenly after three years came back. He sued for sole one day. It went to court and the joint was made final. Two years later she is in prison. If those two assholes didn’t turn Janine into the IRS, they would have gone after her for something else to get that baby that neither wanted for the first three years of her life.
Darrah consistently states fictions as facts when they have yet to be proved anywhere. So I’ll just stick to what I know to be true. Janine doesn’t have custody of any of her children and that’s for damned good reasons. Mr James has financially supported sunny since the day she was born. Janine is a drug addict. The IRS will get you if you owe them a lot of money by the way you have to do a lot of sh-t and basically say fu-k you before the IRS brings charges cause the bottom line is they want to collect there money and they can’t do that when you are in jail. Finally this part is just MY OPINION. I don’t believe Sandra or Jessie need or want this type of crap in there life but saw Janine wasn’t being a mother and had to act. Your support of her is unreasonable and suggests the need for medication. You portrayal of Sandra as a villain and evil stepmother is again unreasonable,unfounded, unfair and again suggest the need for meds. Finally as someone once said on this board “WHORES SHOULD NOT REPRODUCE.”
Darrah, if Janine had paid her taxes (either as they accrued or when Jesse handed her that wad of money to pay them and she spent it on other things), Jesse would have less leverage over her. The manner in which she failed to pay said taxes landed her in prison and then she hooked up with the poster boy for losing custody, even trying to keep it secret from the courts and Jesse.
Let’s try a slightly different tact here though. Let’s say that Janine still spent the money as she did (on the recreational vehicle, the new car, and the down payment for a house that she cannot afford to keep paying on). This time, she hooks up with a boring accountant or tax attorney that makes between $85,000 and $125,000 a year depending on how busy it gets.
The couple marry and he immediately helps her set up a payment plan with the IRS that will likely chop the interest and fines down. They make mortgage payments and Sunny doesn’t always come back with bruises and horror stories of what she saw, how mommy wouldn’t wake up after using drugs, and the like. They generally live a middle class life.
Guess what? That’s right, she gets joint custody again, having established that her life is stable and Sunny is no longer in danger. Sandra can go back to making tens of millions a year full time and Jesse can go back to all of his endeavors making several million a year, all four of them enjoying some quality time with Sunny. Sandra stepped up to the plate when she saw what was happening, even Janine admitted it on national television, and you vilify her for trying to do the right thing.
Saying Janine doesn’t want her child is an unfair, unbalanced statement; weigh that against the first three years of Sunny’s life in which her father was not only 100% nonparticipatory but also demanded a paternity test (that she looks just like him notwithstanding).
And Sandra is “not to old” to have kids. You have said it your self she has tons of money. With all her money, and the science today she could keep having kids until she’s 60.

Momn8rx, given Janine’s actions (which speak louder than words) I’d say that there is a substantial body of rock solid evidence supporting the conclusion that she doesn’t truly want Sunny. It also has absolutely NOTHING to do with Jesse wanting a paternity test (given the rocky nature of their relationship when she started showing, most men in his position would want such a test). Also, given that Jesse was 100% financially participatory regarding Sunny, your statement is far more imbalanced than theirs.
