Retaliating to Sandra Bullock’s callous attempt to steal her daughter, adult entertainment superstar Janine Lindemulder will appear (appeared this morning) on ABC’s "Good Morning America" at 7am (PST) via satellite feed. Ms. Lindemulder is currently fulfilling her legal obligations. Bullock’s recent diatribe against Janine is based on accusations that the legendary performer "would be placing her daughter in an atmosphere involving drugs, weapons, and other felonious situations." Emphasizing completely with Janine’s predicament, William Margold of Protecting Adult Welfare (http://www.pawfoundation.org) is hoping that adult entertainment industry performers, particularly ones who are parents themselves, will rally against Bullock’s actions "by boycotting the Hollywood star’s upcoming film releases." Also, Margold is extending an opportunity to Janine to be inducted into 2010’s Legends of Erotica in January. "She is truly a megastar…and is way overdue to be recognized and honored as one."
No jury in their right mind will prefer Janine and her ex-con white supremacist husband over Sandra Bullock and Jesse James; and let’s not twist the issue, it has little or nothing to do with Janine’s history as an adult performer. Good parents and bad parents come from all walks of life, there are people who despite being in the adult industry, look after their family and treat their children rightfully. For better or worse, Janine is not one of them. She’s just a troubled, unstable, untrustworthy person, she’s always been that way; and everybody who’s been in this industry long enough knows that. She’s been a lesbian for years, and after she switched to guys, she constantly hooks up with one scumbag after another.
Personally, I believe Janine knows better than anybody else that she doesn’t have any real chances in winning this custody battle. She’s on to get some publicity and probably a settlement. The whole thing is bullshit; and that’s when Bill Margold comes in: he’s the king of bullshit.
You know call me jaded but all of this hoopla really makes one wonder if all of this isn’t a big huge, fucked up publicity stunt for Sandra Bullocks latest movies to help sagging sales figures. I mean all of this did come about at the very time that she is on a nation wide promo tour for her latest flick, right?
Nothing like a massive publicity blitz about a scandal to generate interest in ones latest movie.

Janine has always been one of the biggest cons of the adult industry. From every Stern interview right down to this morning show appearance she always comes across as coherent, intelligent and rational.

Sandra Bullock doesn’t need any nonsense like a custody battle with an aging porn star to sell movie tickets. Her last film, released on June 19, 2009 has so far made $163,947,053 (with 55% of that from domestic receipts). Her next film will be released this month (the 20th) and again, I doubt that a mainstream star of her caliber really needs to ride the ‘coat-tails’ of Janine’s career.
As for Margold’s calls for Porn Valley to boycott Bullock’s upcoming film, he’d have more success lobbying the industry to march on Washington for a bailout. Talk about your self-absorbed, moronic-thinking, porn professionals…

Kelli no one is saying she should not get custody for her daughter because of what she USED to do. The posts here are against her for what she has done since getting out of jail 6 months ago. It shows that she is not trying to change.
Also she had to pay the feds 125,000.00 a few years ago. Court papers show that Jesse paid her 185,000.00 when they first starting sharing custody. She never made one payment to the Feds, knowing that she would go to jail if she did not comply.
If you have a child you need to take control of your life. She could have set up payments with the Feds, but chose to go to jail instead. So she lost her daughter while she was in jail, and now that she is out she is acting like the injured party?
And as far as I know once and addict always an addict. It’s a daily struggle, so why marry a man who distributes meth and is not allowed by the court around miners?
None of these are the actions of a parent wanting to get control of her life and her daughter.

GQ, she pled to a misdemeanor when the evidence supported a felony so it is not like Bullock/Jesse owned the courts or IRS. She didn’t even get the maximum penalty when she showed a reckless disregard for handling the money Jesse gave her to pay the IRS. She, and presumably most of her supporters, fluff that and all her poor choices to date off as her “past” when many of them are current fuck ups. Few here outside the ones that hate everything have cared about Janine’s past in porn because it’s how most of us know her and have been exposed to her on both sides of the camera.
Currently, she is seeking custody of her biological child from the biological father. Both have remarried; Jesse to a wealthy and popular woman that even Janine speaks highly of on national television, and Janine to a man that raises a mountain of questions due to his career criminal status manufacturing and distributing (which is a bigger deal than just selling on the corner) meth. Sandra may be hell on wheels and Jeremy may be the most loving and caring man on the face of the earth but those conclusions are not supported by any facts.
Regardless of all that, Janine has poor employment prospects and a mountain of debt. Even if she were allowed to go back to porn, given the state of the economy, I don’t think she would net as much as some here think (even if she were a model performer with few demands). While it may be unconscionable for the judge to prevent her from working in her chosen field of the past, she herself has repeatedly pointed out how bad an environment it is for her, never mind a small child to be around (and unlike some of the caring mothers in porn, I don’t think Janine has proven her choices would be about the daughter at this point).
I think she should get to see Sunny and no one has suggested Jesse/Sandra have withheld visitation rights from her, the upcoming hearing not barring access either. Perhaps if given an incentive to straighten up, Janine might realize that her choices reflect on her as a parent and clean up her act, yes?

Do the math: cut out the chief income source, defendant petitions to resume former employment, it takes a few months/years for the request to move through courts while interest and penalties compound daily, the ban is eventually lifted and the original debt is doubled (if not more).

Momn8rx, short of seeing a court order specifically barring her from such employment (not that she’d take it up again given her repeated comments before these legal proceedings), I’m starting to think it’s just another ploy myself but she could have petitioned the court if such a restriction was added as a condition of her early release if she really found it so onerous.
The repeated suggestion that this was imposed by pressure from Jesse/Sandra is lame without actual proof too but in my experience, the IRS just wants the money; the source of which doesn’t concern the agency as long as it is legally taxed. If Jesse were foolish enough to hand the spendthrift another lump sum, they’d expect it to be taxed (as a gift, it would be taxable) but wouldn’t ask too many other questions about it (and anyone sent to prison as she was is guaranteed to be audited for some time to come).
