DECEMBER 3–Thirty years after admitting he had sex with a 13-year-old girl, Roman Polanski is seeking a dismissal of his criminal case.
In a 239-page motion filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the Academy Award winner alleges that a prosecutor and trial judge engaged in "repeated, unlawful and unethical misconduct." To support this claim, the 75-year-old Polanski points to the 2008 documentary "Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired," which argued that his prosecution was marred by duplicitous and unethical behavior on the part of Judge Lawrence Rittenband and David Wells, a deputy district attorney.
As seen below, Polanski’s motion includes a fascinating probation report prepared following his guilty plea on a charge of unlawful intercourse with a minor (he famously skipped his 1978 sentencing in favor of a flight to Europe, where he remains a fugitive). Coupled with the grand jury testimony of the young victim–with whom Polanski had sex in Jack Nicholson’s Los Angeles home–the probation report provides an unsettling account of Polanski’s predatory behavior.
The document notes that a remorseful Polanski told detectives that sex with the girl "was very spontaneous" and that, "I withdrew before climax."
However, "upon the advice of his attorney, defendant did not discuss the allegations of either oral or anal intercourse." Investigators also interviewed actress Angelica Huston, who was present in Nicholson’s home while Polanski was sequestered in a bedroom with the child.
Huston said the teenager "didn’t appear to be distressed," adding that "she seemed sullen, which I thought was a little rude." Asked about the girl’s age, Huston replied, "she appeared to be one of those kind of little chicks between, could be between any age up to 25." Huston added, "She did not look like a 13-year-old little scared thing." While doubting that Polanski "would sodomize, forcibly sodomize and rape an unwilling girl," Huston remarked, "I don’t think he’s a bad man…I think he’s an unhappy man."

Clearly, Roman is a huge fan of Porn Valley — once his legal case is settled, and he’s able to work in LA again, he’s going to become JM Production’s first contract director working with Tanner Mayes and Eden Adams in a porn spoof of Rosemary’s Baby called Tanner’s Bitch Baby (it’s about a washed up porn chick who starts to suspect her favorite sex toy is possessed by the same demon spirt who persuaded her ex-BFF to do a ten guy double-anal gangbang for a standard b/g rate). In a controversial move, Roman ends his first all-sex film with a violent catfight between Tanner/Eden.
After he’s fired for getting one too many of Mayes’ BJs For Extra Scenes, he’ll go work for Max Hardcore as his PVC (Piss/Vomit Cleanup) guy. Having achieved all of his goals in life, Roman will leave this earth a happy pervert.

Edgar Allan Poe had a 13 year old wife (his cousin, in fact). It used to be “old enough to bleed, old enough to breed”. Perhaps we ought to stop asking porn stars on video when they first lost their virginity because it’s often a comparable age.

Well, many PW lost their virginity and that age or earlier and was not consensual. Ask their fathers or stefathers, or older stepbrothers.
Some of them are very well known.
And put Roman in jail, in the general population, not protected custody.
There is NO defense for what Roman Polanski did. Sure, he made some great movies. Who gives a fuck. He did a reprehensible crime, lawyered up to cop a plea (guilty plea mind you — he ADMITTED to what he did and had his lawyer get him a decent sentence) and then flee the country.
He’s a punk, pure and simple. An evil punk.
I hope you guys understand that comparing Roman Polanski to the likes of Michael Jackson and Max Hardcore is irrelevant and makes no sense. The circumstances around his charges were entirely different, therefore whether you condemn his actions or believe it was a thing of the past and should be get over with, the fact remains that he must be judged on his own merits without being compared to others. A simple reminder.
This is one of those cases where I’m proud of what America is doing. Polanski anally raped that girl, and I’m glad the US won’t let him get away with it easy.
If Polanski was smart he would have just did his time and moved on. Fuck this piece of dog shit.
what he did was wrong obviously, and for him to run was cowardly, but maybe the judge back then should have asked for him to surrender his passport. we need to move on from this, and so do most of your “big wigs” want this over, even the victim herself said she has already moved on with her life and does’nt want him locked up anymore. as far as people being molested, remember its just not the males molesting its your mom,stepmom,aunt,neighbor,e.t.c.
