NL- Since we’ve been talking about child molesters a lot lately, here’s a story that struck a cord with me. I can’t blame the Dad at all. I think most parents would have done SOMETHING crazy when they found out from their 3 year old child that the guy who slept over at their house last night, molested him , and the molester was in your driveway about to drive away. Put me on this jury and the Dad is gonna get a slap on the wrist and probabtion.

A Davie father took justice into his own hands Saturday morning after he accused an acquaintance of fondling his 3-year-old son.
Now, that father – Manuel Vega, 27, – faces criminal charges for beating up Luke Petruschke, 38.
According to Davie Police, Petruschke had spent Friday night at Vega’s home on the 5100 block of Davie Road.
On Saturday morning, as Petruschke prepared to leave in his silver Chevy Cobalt, the boy told his parents that during the night Petruschke had fondled him.
At 10:50 a.m., Vega and a neighbor Krish Carter, 43, confronted Petruschke and forced their way into his vehicle using pieces of concrete blocks and other debris found nearby. They struck Petruschke several times with their "hands and feet", police said.
Davie police received a call that a man was being beaten. When police arrived, they arrested Carter and Vega. Petruschke was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood where he was placed in the Intensive Care Unit.
Vega and Carter were arrested and charged with attempted felony murder. Petruschke is facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on the 3-year-old.
