Court Case Friday-Ty Gonty- Info

Well it appears this is the first of many court cases to come.  my guess is he/she went through the small claims process as Ty repeatedly said if a civil case is filed he would just hide behind bankruptcy with an automatic stay to avoid litigation.  This is out in the pulbic records and I would encourage anyone wanting to "pay a visit" to Ty to be downtown 1:30 PM Friday, the 30th.  Court room 326 it appears. many more to come im quite sure
