TAMPA – Charges against porn star and potential politician Stormy Daniels have been dropped, the Hillsborough County’s State Attorney’s Office said today.
The office couldn’t determine which party was the aggressor in the incident, said Assistant State Attorney Pam Bondi. There also were no injuries, and the victim waived prosecution, she said.
In July, Tampa police arrested Daniels,, and charged her with battery domestic violence. Daniels has entertained the idea of seeking a U.S. Senate seat out of her home state of Louisiana.
Police said she was upset by the way her father-in-law did their laundry. She also learned her husband, Michael ####, hadn’t paid some bills. She allegedly threw a potted plant at a kitchen sink, knocked over candles and hit Michael several times with her hands, police said at the time of the arrest.
The couple have been married for two years and have a home in Tampa.
SHE gave him money to pay the bills. He didn’t. Who knows what he did with the money but clearly something in that house isn’t right in that house. She needs to just move on.
Call me old fashioned but I prefer men that don’t live off of me. I heard a rumor that his whole family is living off of her. Don’t know if that is true, but seriously, who needs that kind of crap? Life is far to short to have a man in your life that isn’t a real man. I hope she leaves him and moves on.

I have a funny story for ya about Stormy. i was at the Night Moves awards show last year and after show everyone was at the hotel partying and since I live in the Tampa area I was headed home. I was with Alexis Texas and Mr Pete who I gave a ride and we ran into this group of people sitting and talking. I didn’t know them and one of the guy spoke to me and this girl next to him was a total bitch rolling her eyes and looking me over. So I said hi I’m Mariah what’s your name?” and she just glared at me and said weakly, “Stormy” and I said nothing just shook her hand. She was so pissed and embarrassed she didn’t know what to say.
Alexis and Pete were both dying laughing saying “you just fucking clowned Stormy Daniels!” and I said “That old lady is Stormy Daniels?” Seriously, she looks 45 in person. She has a witch face and was so fucking rude. Alexis knows her as does Pete and she ignored them both when they said hi to her. She is way to into herself and I cannot for the life of me see why. I still laugh about it whenever I hear her name. Her husband is a publicist and makes money from what I hear. WHo knows the real story but you can’t stick up for her if she hit him for any reason unless he was hitting her and she never claimed her did. Send the witch to county! 🙂
Yup Mariah, Stormy’s behavior and attitude seems consistent. When I was at Eddie Van Halen’s house for the “Sacred Sin” release party (no pun intended) in ’06 I got pics of a few people, including Stormy and she acted really annoyed, looking away and it seemed she thought I was absolutely pathetic for asking for a picture as she was posing. “Pathetic” is the word she once used to describe a person who says he’s jerked off to her.
Does anyone know what was wrong with how the laundry was washed/folded that set her off? Maybe she was mistaken about giving him the money.
Is Stormy on medication? Is that why she slips into anger so easily?

All of them, every single one, no matter how sweet she may be, is dysfunctional or emotionally crippled one way or the other and has some sad back story and tons of self-esteem issues.
