From a legal standpoint, Tanner Mayes and her lawyer (assuming she has any lawyer) can’t do anything to stop JM Productions from releasing this BTS footage, because she had signed the 2257 Form which allows the producers to release all the footages taken from her. So I believe Tony Malice is telling the truth about limiting the viewing of that footage as a courtesy to Tanner Mayes.
I don’t know how many people on this board know this, but back in 2000, when Anabolic released Khan Tusion’s Rough Sex 2 it created a controversy. What happened was that in one of the scenes, Regan Starr was slapped, strangled and brutalized by Mickey G to the point where she broke down in front of the camera and cried out she couldn’t take it anymore and walked off the stage. They included all those footages in the final cut of the movie, that turned out bad for them and they decided to pull the movie out of the stores and cancell the series. The point is legally they had the right to include those footages in the movie, because Regan Starr signed the 2257 Form prior to starting the scene, but releasing those footages damaged their reputation and that’s why they had to pull it off the market. They didn’t receive any warning from anybody, they did that to preserve their reputation. Same here, JM Productions made viewing Tanner Mayes meltdown video limited as a courtesy to her. Besides, the people who should have seen and heard about this incident, already have.

I tell the guy, NO, my job is done….. I have done what I am being payed to do. He tells me that he meant for us to do three of the scenes we just did. The rate he gave me was perfect for the scene that I did, but for it to count for three scenes under those circumstances is just ridiculous. He continued to yell at me and talk to me like I am a retard, when he is the one who has lost his mind! I told him he needed to change my paperwork for taxes purposes and he said no! I asked him to print me out copies of the paper work and he tells me that his printer is out of ink. So I told him to fax a copy to my agents office by the close of the day and he didn’t! As a matter of fact, Rough Sex incidents greatly damaged Anabolic’s reputation and scared many girls away.
