NL-AL received some confidential info from a reader via e-mail. I don’t know who it is that sent it to AL. Since parts of this story are already circulating I am going to post this RUMOR. For right now I am removing the initials that were included.
On thursday, a 42 year old female got her blood drawn at AIM. She goes by one name in the biz and that one initial is ###
On Friday her test was "pending" which meant the lab was repeating the test to confirm the result.
ON satuday afternoon a "detected" result was sent to AIM by the lab…detected=positive
Patient was called, came to AIM personally and was told the result.
More blood was drawn to repeat and confirm the results by ohter methods of testing.
All follow up tests came back positive.
Heres where the story gets interesting. The performer had a shoot on Friday, the day her test was "pending". She had a previous test from aobut 35 days previous that was negative.
The producer of the Friday shoot CLAIMS that he called AIM to verify her tests and he says that ‘somebody’ at AIM said she was ok to work. THIS IS COMPLETE BULLSHIT.
This producer is now starting an online campaign saying AIM blew it, in order to cover his own ass. He told the peopel on his set that he checked everyones result and everything is good to go. He is now trying to cover his ass by trying to blame AIM.
On the GFY.com thread it says that they told the performer she was ok and then called her back the next day and "admitted’ they made a mistake.
The performer was personally notified at the AIM clinic on saturday that she was HIV positive. She is the live in girlfriend of a known male performer, who’se stage name initials are ##.
Some people are also saying that she did a shoot on saturday afternoon. What she did was go home and fuck her boyfriend who is in the biz without tellling him. I do not believe she did a ‘shoot’ on Saturday as is being reported on the gfy thread.
This producer is now desperately trying to cover his ass by saying AIM told him everything was ok. That is bullshit.

I love how someone shows up with aids and it becomes headlines. Aids happens, its bound to happen in and outside the industry even if we try to control it. We are human errors will happen……..I feel sorry for the infected person and the ones that could be infected. Its quite sad how the media looks at it.
The only thing missing now is that the AIDs scandal, because this is a scandal, due to the bad testing procedures, is joined by another scandal. Since disasters happens is threes what is next? And underage performer, a federal indictment of a major player? I wonder what is next.

Ninavain is not the producer trying to cover up. He has always had two board nicknames (female ones get more attention). He had posted the name of the producer trying to cover things up (Tom Moore) on the gfy thread and then went back and deleted it after legal threats. No one would have known anything if he had not said anything and he is owed a huge thank you.
I think someone will OD or commit suicide next.
