Not in order is:
Harassment over the internet applies to libel and invasion of privacy.
The lies about my father and son are libel and talking about what’s happened between me and my x-boy friend Ryan and my x-lover Mike is an invasion of privacy.
Serious types of harassment are criminal offences. I can make a restraining order not covered by domestic violence legislation.
2. Harassment act of 1997:
Is a person who harasses another, if he or she engages in a pattern of behavior directed against that person (Jeremy Steel site poontalk.com has pages of him harassing me.) and they say it only has to be 2 separate occasions within a period of 12 months.
3. Civil harassment occurs when the respondent has harassed or is harassing the applicant and the behavior causes the “applicant distress” or would threaten to cause the applicant distress.
4. But what Jeremy is doing does fall under the domestic violence act.
A victim of domestic violence is any person who has been subjected to domestic violence, by any other person who is a present or is a former household member or with whom has had a dating relationship.
5. The definition of domestic violence, means the occurrence of one or more of the following criminal offences, assault, sexual assault, harassment, stalking.
6. A person is guilty of stalking, which is a crime of the 4th degree, if he engages in a course of conduct or makes a credible threat with the intent of annoying or placing that person in reasonable fear of death or bodily injury.
Jeremy annoys me every day with his site and he blames me for his rape in jail so yes I do think he could kill me.
6. Criminal stalking laws: 1990 stalking is pervasive and injurious stalking combine’s elements of assault, threats, harassment, intimidation, and invasion of privacy. It occurs repeatedly and often and must be investigated. Stalking occurs when a person engages in a pattern of conduct that knowingly causes physical harm or mental distress to the victim. Stalking is a crime and can cause serious mental distress.
This crime is a first degree misdemeanor, that caries a maximum penalty of 6 months in jail and or $1000 fine. Yes, Jeremy has caused me serious mental distress and his pattern is the posts on his site. The harassing behavior is precipitated by a single event either the relationship has deteriorated or terminated and the delusional person (Jeremy perceives that he has been mistreated by the victim.) The stalkers response to the event is to seek retribution. How Jeremy wants justice and how he’s going to make that bitch Sophia Mounds pay.
All stalking of this type, ends with harm to the victim. The more the victim seeks to end the correspondence the more desperate, bizarre and dangerous the stalkers behavior becomes. The hatred towards the victim stems from any ‘police action’ that the victim has initiated. Many times the stalker will not make an overt threat to the victim but will escalate the harassing behavior. When I tried to be nice to Jeremy the harassment got worse.
7. Indictable offences: Anyone guilty of rape and is liable for life. Anyone guilty of attempted rape is liable for
7 years. Rape defined: rape is the act of a man having carnal knowledge of a woman who is not his wife without her “consent”… That’s what Jeremy did, he did not ask me he just f*cked me without asking me.
8. Cyber bullying: regarding internet messages on the internet. It covers bullying and stalking done through electronic media… (Jeremy’s posts)…
