The Mary Carey WTF Award
In the same spirit as AVN’s Jenna Jameson Crossover Star of the Year Award, I’d like to propose the creation of a new award named for porn’s greatest enigma… Mary Carey. The Mary Carey WTF Award would not only recognize performers whose publicity and press is grossly out of proportion to their body of work, but honor those whose lukewarm scenes and truckstop diner looks make their success a wondrous and enduring mystery.
