It should be noted here that many of the things said about her in the complaint were not true and she has been able to prove that to be the case. We don’t expect anything to come of this at this point, there have been two continuances (not at Kayden’s request) and it’s pretty much a certainty now that the charges are going to be dropped by the end of January at the next hearing. So be careful what you state as fact, and Cindi…You have the most liability and the most to lose here, so ya might want to reign in certain things.
It’s totally fine to say she is ALLEGEDLY a criminal or that she has been charged but to state that she has actually committed a crime that she has not been convicted of is open and shut. Ask Luke Ford or Christy Lake about that one.

I believe there was a U.S. Supreme Court ruling stating a blog/website owner is not responsible for what is said in the comments section. Cindi hasn’t said Kayden was convicted of anything. If others on here have implied, Cindi is not legally responsible.
And what financial backing does Kayden have? I don’t think she can afford on her own dime to spend money on lawyers to go after everyone in Porn Valley that has something liable against her. Adam & Eve? When have they ever stuck out their necks financially to help any of their girls in a court case especially a court case of this magnitude?

Sorry I brought up his name but I just read about him at AdultFYI and then came here and read about Mike and Kayden.
As far as I know, the comments on LIB, including mine, point out two facts about Kayden Kross:
1. She is a dumb, mean spirited, overrated, self centered, talentless bitch with an inflated sense of self worth and no care and compassion for others. This is a proven fact, her need for a career advisor, her friendship with the likes of Christian XXX, her egomanical rantings on her blog, etc. are enough proof to support this statement.
2. She is an alleged criminal who has participated in a real state scam which cost a disabled war veteran his house. The length of her involvement and her penalty are yet to be determined, and regardless of the trial’s outcome, these criminal charges are damaging to both her character and her porn career. This is also a proven fact.
Therefore, I don’t see how and based on what Kayden Kross can sue anybody. The truth is Mike South is generally a smart guy with years of experience in the adult industry, and for that, I respect him, even though sometimes I don’t agree with him, but here he’s just trying to bully people based on no ground whatsoever. Nonetheless, he did the right thing by preventing Kayden from working with Christian, that could certaily be the last nail in her coffin.
hey guys Im not trying to bully anyone, I like Cindi and I find most of the commentary here to be outrageously funny whether its true or not. All I said was be careful how things are said, she has people behind her who are looking to make an example out of a few people and because Cindi and her old man have money that would presumably make her a target here. This one isn’t my call and in truth I would say just fuggedaboudit if it was.
Now as to her legal case, trust me Adam and Eve (as well as the other companies that have tried to hire her) all had concerns until they saw the evidence. I am not at liberty, nor have I ever been to discuss this case but a lot of what was reported flat out isn’t true. Particularly as it pertains to the “disabled vet”.
Kayden and her attorneys have been working closely with the prosecutor on this and we expect that all charges will be dropped very soon.
I certainly wouldn’t try and convict someone based on information I got off my site…much less that of Gene Ross Or Scott Fayner.
It should be obvious that we cannot talk about exactly what or why until such time as the case has been settled or dismissed because that shows your hand and that just wouldn’t be smart.
The truth will come out and when it does you will understand until then you can speculate all you want or whatever just don’t make flat statements saying that she did something that she has not been convicted of.
