My Turn on Brian Surewood
I let you guys say just about what ever you want about whomever you want, and I don’t often answer back. But I have to say something here.
Brian Surewood is innocent until proven guilty.
He has been in hardcore prison for a year now, with impossible to make bail, for the crime of murder.
The FACTS of the case show that Brian didn’t hit anyone or anything.
If someone unintentionally hits and kills a person with a car, the charge is usually vehicular manslaughter, and Brian didn’t even hit anyone, yet he is charged with murder
You guys don’t see a problem there? You don’t think his job as a porn star, and his ownership of a marijuana store make him the perfect fall guy?
He has lost everything. He is in a 5×8 cell. He hasn’t seen the sun for a year. He doesn’t have a TV, a radio, a weight room. He is in a rotting prison with people committing suicide, knifing each other, and all types of negativity all around him.
Yet he is trying to keep up his positive attitude.
Can you look at things from his side, and the side of his family and friends and give him some support?
Whether you think he is guilty or innocent, as a fellow human being, who is in a very tough situation, can you give him a break?
Yes I feel terrible for the victims, absolutely horrible. As I feel for anyone who has to suffer from the death or injury of a family member.
But in this case, I have to support Brian. I will leave his innocence up to the court system to decide, but I am still going care about a person who was wonderful to everyone he ever worked with, was friends with every person he ever met. Wouldn’t even squish a roach if he saw one. Brian is someone I KNOW would never hurt anyone or anything if he could help it. And have you ever heard someone who knows him say anything bad about him? No, you haven’t. Because anyone who knows him, know what kind of a person he is. A good one.
Can you guys trust my judgement a little bit and try to think of how his girlfriend, his son, his family feel about what he is going through? How he feels? How what you write about him is read by them, and make their suffering worse instead of better?
Just do me a favor and try to think of things from their point of view. Give them some sympathy. Don’t jump to the conclusion that he did anything wrong. I think we all know how many innocent people are in prison these days. Give Brian the benefit of the doubt, as I know he would give you.
You are welcome to support him all you want. You can put money on his books, send him letters in the mail and you can even try to give him a handjob in the visting room.
The fact remains that he was involved with the death of a child.
Obviously you dont have kids. Your womb was probably so rotten and polluted with years of drugs that you couldnt have kids but if you knew the joy and pleasure of being a parent you would know that the life of your child is worth more then your own.
I can tell you right now that if someone hurt, much less killed my child that the person responsible would be running as fast as they could to get in jail to avoid the terrible and slow death I would give them. I’m okay with doing a long prison stretch if someone hurt or killed my kid. Period.
Brian is the lowest of the low. He belongs where he is at. He made a decision to play chicken with a person in another car. He needs to pay for that decision. He needs to pay dearly. Captial punishment? Not necessarily but he needs to do hard time. LA county is giving him hard time but he needs to be judged by a 12 citizens of Los Angeles county.
Lack of responsibility is a problem in the US. Its why AIG failed, why the Big Three automakers are begging for bailout money.
Hopefully with Obama we start a trend of making people accountable.

I think that if you don’t know the guy Brian, ( I don’t) and Cindi does, then we should at least respect her opinion enough to think about the other side of the coin. You guys are convicting him because there was a child killed and that makes you angry. The child and the child’s family are innocent victims. But what if the guy who actually hit the family is totally at fault, and Brian is also a innocent victim? I am willing to at least give him a chance to tell his side to a court before I come down on him.
How can you talk about accountability BDD when you go out of your way to defame and slander someone? Shouldn’t you be held accountable for not sticking to the subject matter and unnecessarily disparaging someone? A person who I think excercised a lot of tact in her post and has a general excellent repuation? To attack someone on a personal level like that after she took pains and articulately made her case to ask you to chill is completely inappropriate. In my opinion Cindi did more than enough to illustrate that at the very least justice should take its course before judgements are made.

Third. He claims to have owned a medical marijuana store but has “lost” it since being in jail.
This is complete and utter bullshit. If the store was being successfully run prior to him killing someone child then it could continue to operate with him in jail.
It was successful he could have easily used the store as a collateral on a bail of any size including one for murder.

Justice is indeed taking its course and when it get sentences to 40 to life then we will know that justice is served.

Fair enough BDD, I don’t have enough interest in the topic to formulate an opinion on this guy or this case. My issue with your post has nothing to do with your viewpoint. What I do know is that had you not included that one paragraph it would have been a legitimate opinion.
