A lot of people here (all anonymously of course) are demonizing you and I keep telling them you have the right to be heard first before they pass judgement.

Herpes gave him money? Man, there goes the Valtrex budget. Maybe the money is Herpes infected, so the big dick in the ass can cause rectal bleeding and you can give the guy Herpes, see Brian, everything happens for a reason. My question: They let you wear your bandana in the joint?
It won’t make a difference to the DA, and quite frankly, it shouldn’t. He can’t legitimately state that the driver *behind* him made him drive faster. As earlier stated, you go in the other lane if someone is tailgating you. Yes, the tailgater could and should have gone into the other lane and is just as equal to blame as Brian is, but there’s no getting around that Brian is getting what he deserves.

Brian was a full participant in the illegal activities that led to the MURDER. He PUPROSELY drove in a reckless manner, intentionally hit his brakes, and caused the accident. Get that through your thick skull. That makes HIM responsible.
He is being treated like a piece of crap because he killed a child and chopped both legs off of an innocent woman.Oh wait, the DOCTOR actually amputated one leg so I guess Brian isnt resopnsible for that either.
And the media is always ugly to IDIOTS who think they own the roads, do whatever they want, and end up KILLING innocent people. And for the record, not one single time during any court proceedings has brians occupation even been mentioned.
Brians only hope for redemtion of any kind only comes AFTER he accepts responsibility and begs for forgiveness.
Maybe when you print a letter from Brian where he says he is sorry for the absolute misery he bought upon these innocent people, then maybe he can be forgiven.

You’re a malicious imbecile and that’s a deadly combination. So you can’t get over how Brian said the other guy did it? Get your facts straight you dingle-berry. The other guy, was an inexperienced new driver. He is a 19 year old male adolescent full of testosterone, with a brand new car and a brand new driver’s license. He was the one that lost control of his car and crashed. The first words that came out of his mouth is “did you see what he did?” He’s the one that started the blame game here. Get this through your fat ugly head, there is no physical evidence that Brian caused the crash. The kid never mentioned Brian braking. The 2 witnesses that claim they saw everything are contradicting themselves, the kid and each other. The tire marks the detective said where Brian’s were never measured and compared to Brian’s car. Brian’s car has anti-lock brakes, they don’t leave marks.
There is no doubt that this was a horrible tragedy. My heart aches for the victims. But, Brian did not hit anyone and he did not cause anyone to hit anything. His mistake was that he left after he stopped and called 911. He did not cause the accident and he had no idea that the kid was blaming him for it either. If he would have known he could have settled it on the spot. That was his only mistake. I’m very close to Brian and I believe him. It’s not that he’s selfish and only thinking of himself, he didn’t do it. Brian says that if he had done what they are accusing him of he would step up to the plate and accept the punishment, but he did not make the kid crash. The kid was going really fast when he tried passing him on the right and he lost control and slammed in to the parked car that hit another parked car that hit the family.
