I understand feeling scared and acting out of fear… the stupidest decisions tend to be made that way, but who among us can say we’ve never done something stupid. I wouldn’t want to deny someone a living just because they were human in the past. We, as porn performers all realize the risks involved (or at least we should), we pay our nickel and take our chances. Instead of demonizing Marc Wallice, we should be thanking whatever good fortune, we ourselves have, that we are not in his shoes.

As I voiced in my blog on Rog’s site, I don’t agree with Tina’s take on the Marc Wallice situation. However, she’s in porn; I’m not, so I have the privilege of speculation on my side, as I imagine every other commenter does.
It’s tragic that instead of using Tina’s thoughts to provoke an intelligent discussion about the limitations of the industry, improving standards of safety for performers and the implications of modern attitudes on talent, it has instead regressed to nothing but espousing hate rhetoric.
Tina is an intelligent woman who should be praised for daring to speak out. Far more offensive, disgusting and counterproductive than anything she has posted are the comments above, which blast her instead of the real culprit. If only we could all be as forgiving as Tina.
