The new owners are excited about the prospects of this one of a kind restaurant. “This has been a life long dream for me,” says Veronica Rayne. “I am happy that I can pursue both of my dreams, to perform in adult movies and open my own restaurant, at the same time.”
Veronica and Jack Vegas both have experience after running nightclubs and bars in Boston for eight years. They have been on the West Coast pursuing careers in the adult entertainment industry. Now the couple hopes to bring their experience to this new venture.
“Oxygen” will reflect both of Veronica’s dreams by combining great food and a fun atmosphere with a nod towards her friends in the adult industry. There will be booths dedicated to such adult entertainers as Stormy Daniels, Marcus London, Delilah Strong and Brooke Haven. It will be a relaxed place to hang out, see people and be seen.
“Anyone who has been in the adult business knows how hard it is to find people who are genuine,” Veronica adds. “The people honored have stood by me through highs and lows and I wanted to recognize them for the quality individuals there are both on and off camera.”
In addition to the adult-themed booths, “Oxygen” will feature theme nights, a full menu until 11pm and lots of fun six nights a week.
“Our menu will reflect our varied tastes,” says Jack Vegas. “We will serve everything from a real Boston steak and cheese to a chicken salad sandwich. We will have hamburgers, beer battered mushrooms and for those with a sweet tooth, Boston Cream Pie and cheesecake.”
