Location Rental Business Teetering?

During the gonzo boom of the past 6-7 years, some of the more profitable businesses have been those which rent houses for shooting. But with the pinch on the DVD business, and shrinking gonzo budgets, are $100 per hour rentals a thing of the past?

It seems more and more gonzo companies are building sets for shooting in their warehouses, to forego the pricey location rentals. I hear $2500 per movie location budgets are going the way of the 1000 guy gangbangs.

Who will be the first to feel the hit? 818 Movie Locations owns close to 10 expensive homes in Porn Valley.
