I worked in the legit side for about 5 years- Creative Artists Agency- but left town after burning too many bridges and having too many phones thrown at me for reasons typically undeserving of such.
How I see it, “legit” porn (i.e.: non-amateur film) is like the early days of Hollywood, when talent could be loaned between producers without much personal indemnity. The best formula is if the girls could unionize; however, fucking well is far too easy to do than acting (thank god, because I rarely want to jerk off to Meryl Streep).
