I’m iterpereting the byline as (allegedly) Wanker had a friend rent a car which was then used somehow during the murder of Haley Paige. Nobody yet has said Wanker is dead just that he merely was ‘in her company’, has been questioned by police, is holed up nearby, and the rental car in mention is 5 weeks overdue.
I don’t know if any of this is true but it seems a lot of people don’t get the obvious point of what most likely happened. Again, maybe I’m confused.

I think the car rental and Haley/Maryam’s death is not connected, its just why would anybody rent a car for this guy, its liking cashing a check from John T Bone.
Things don’t always play out for common sense reasons on the street… if somebody already has leverage against you for something big then you do what they say.
