Porn king Larry Flynt and his Lawrenceville lawyer had just finished eating a light lunch of salads at a local cafeteria and were strolling to the nearby court annex when a sniper took aim.
Gene Reeves, a former Gwinnett County sheriff’s deputy who had put himself through John Marshall Law School at night, saw his client fly through the air from the forceful gunshot blast and land on the pavement. Two bullets pelted Flynt’s stomach and dug into his spine.
