Oren Cohen‘s company signed a distribution deal for North America with Pleasure Productions but that’s it.

O’ naive Luke. Do you think that just because someone at TightFit told you that it’s not true it isn’t? Of course TightFit is going to say their still actively in business. In fact, they may even believe they are. But Frank at IVD does this all the time. He’ll buy a company (AKA their catalog) and even make arrangement with the owner to keep making some movies. But trust me, after 2 or 3 more titles it will be oficially done.
FYI you don’t give over distribution of your product to someone else after you’ve been doing it in house unless you’re having trouble. Serious trouble.
Luke, you should help Joanie out and let her post her resume on your site. TightFit’s product has been in Pleasure’s Van Nuys warehouse for over a month.
The VODGuy says: "Luke, Pleasure owns most, if not all, of TightFit’s titles now. I just got a call about this earlier this week."
Jeff Steward says: "I do the US distribution for 5 companies and I do not collect any of their VOD money. If Frank is getting the VOD money, he owns the company. Its just that simple."

My source at Tight Fit says that the company has not been sold.
AVN called TightFit before me. You have to get up pretty early to beat AVN.
Joanie at TightFit sent out a mailer a few days ago that Pleasure would take over North America distribution, similar to what Hustler did with Vivid. Somebody read that letter and decided that TightFit had sold out.
