Generally speaking, people who write well are smarter than people who don’t.
I thought of this after reading a post on Luke’s site, originally posted on ADT, by the porn star Sinnamon, whom I have never met.
As I started reading the post, I realized that because the writing was pretty good my respect for Sinnamon immediately increased. I also realized that I tend to pay less attention to what people say than how they say it, and that women in the industry are by and large better writers and smarter people than the men.

…I certainly agree with Tom H. Good writing and saying nice things to both men and women of the industry will go a long way towards improvement in working conditions, and feelings in general. Thank you Tom.
