Sue Denim writes for AVN:
The copyright-infringed images, obtained from Falcon by Porn Kings in 2003 as examples of products under consideration for licensing, began appearing in December 2003 in thumbnail gallery postings on websites owned by Porn Kings and continued appearing in TGPs at least through Aug. 17, 2006, according to the lawsuit. According to Apgood, the offending images were removed from Porn Kings’ websites in August 2006 after Porn Kings received a cease-and-desist and damages-demand letter, but the company refused to compensate Falcon for its use of the images during the previous 19 months.
The real owners of Porn Kings were Ian Eisenberg and Roger Vadocz. I believe Jason Tucker now owns the company.
Farrell Timlake posts on GFY: "Where is Roger now to claim he is the owner and marketing genius behind Pornkings?"
Roger responds:
I havnt been with Pornkings now for almost 4 years…
And you dont even know the story you think you do from Carol..
I feel sorry for you. that you need to talk shit.
BTW I had nothing to do with the deal. so why talk shit
The Ghost posts: "Most thieves either have no assets or are good at hiding them. Rarely is any actual money seen."
Eisenberg is forbidden from owning websites related to telephony. Ian and his father ran this scam where they were bilking kids. They put on a high-pitched squeal on these Santa Claus ads (dual-tone multi-frequency) and the kids would dial a number in Africa and it would bill them an exorbitant fee per minute). The Eisenbergs made hundreds of millions of dollars, only had to pay a small portion of that to the government, and pledged to have nothing to do with telecom.
The judge that presided over that case, I believe, presided over this latest PornKings case.
When Ian got the Paris Hilton sex tape with Marvad (Marshal Winston, Roger Vadocz). Because of the publicity, Ian and Roger wanted to avoid it. So they hired Kevin Blatt as their front man.
Trey Hickey goes under P1mpdogg on the boards. He is widely believed to be the front man for Ian Eisenberg’s webmaster program Epic Cash. Over the past few weeks, Trey has gone on the boards trying to liquidate Epic Cash.
I believe Ian Eisenberg is now working with a publicly traded ringtone company.
