I just finished talking with John in regards to this incident. While my firm has not been retained by John yet, my partner did discuss the the case with him. I happened to be in Sacramento lobbying for the Free Speech Coalition yesterday and did not have the opportunity to talk with him directly until today. I will not go into detail as to our discussion except to say that I was informed by John that he and Mike have conversed and have come to a gentleman’s agreement to end this situation without the need for litigation. Both parties have agreed to remain silent in the future as to this issue and move on with their lives.
