Brunette Sandy Dempsey appeared in numerous West Coast hardcore films of the early '70s such as Sex Psycho, Psychedelic Sex Freak, Skin Flick Madness and The Sexual Secrets of Marijuana.

Dempsey differed sharply from blonde performer Sandi Carey, writes Don the Deviate. "Though both were tall and long of body, Sandy was a brunette while Sandi was a natural blonde. Sandy was ample-breasted; Sandi small of breast. Sandy wore a butterfly tattoo on her right thigh; Sandi had skin as white and pure as alabaster. Sandy had a large mouth with a sensuous overbite and luscious lips; Sandi, a small, almost tiny Betty Boop-mouth with thin, cordate lips.
