Kaylan and Asia Carrera headlined the Riviera Hotel and Casino "Crazy Girls" review. Admissions tripled compared to comparable play dates the year before, and that show headlined five Penthouse Pets.

"I've been talking to the people at the Riviera for a couple of years now," said Lucky Smith, who was Asia's and Kaylan's manager at the time. "One of the things that worried them was, 'If we hire girls in the porn business, will they show up?' They know by now that I'm not a fly-by-night guy. If I promise something, I deliver."

Besides Carrera and Nicole, the show featured Penthouse Pets Gina Lamarca and Julia Hayes, with Penthouse "Pet of the Century" Lori wagner acting as mistress of the ceremonies - and the eight regular "crazy girls" of this long-running topless revue.

"This shows that adult actresses can be just as reliable and can draw even bigger crowds than the regular Las Vegas showgirls," Smith told Adult Video News (AVN), porn's trade magazine.

Kaylan was a track and basketball star in high school. "I set two school records in the hurdles which remain unbroken. In my Junior and Senior years I went to the Wisconsin State Championships in track and field.

"I was popular. I was Prom Queen and almost Homecoming Queen. I should've gone to college.

"I met this guy I went to high school with. He married our English teacher. He said, "What can you say? You're an XXX star now. I bought one of your movies, but don't tell her. She'd kill me." He's shocked I do porn and I'm shocked he married the teacher."

Kaylan has a scar on her upper lip that comes from being bitten by a dog and getting 100 stitches on her face when she was five years old. "My ear was detached from my head. I was really f---ed up. It's taken until now for those scars to go away."

At age 18, Kaylan moved with her boyfriend to San Antonio, Texas, and bought a house. "I was a receptionist for two weeks but I couldn't stand it. Somebody said, "Why don't you become a dancer?" I said, "RIght!" I thought I was fat and ugly and nobody would pay money to see me. I went to this strip joint to work as a waitress. The manager said, "You've got to be crazy to be a waitress. You should be a dancer." I finally got drunk, and got up on stage and danced. And I've been dancing ever since. I made $120 that first time for three songs." (HEVG)

After 18 months in San Antonio, Kaylan moved home and danced in Chicago at the Admiral Theater. Alexis DeVell discovered her and encouraged Kaylan to enter porn.

Shortly after her 20th birthday, Nicole moved to Porn Valley and signed a contract with Rosebud.

Kaylan has a kiss tattoo on her bottom.

"Alexis was my first woman and that was onscreen."

Kaylan lives with her manager Lucky Smith. "Everyone that he manages aside from Chasey Lain lives there - Juli Ashton, Norma Jeane and Jewel... He has a house full of beautiful women. That's why his name is Lucky."

Kaylan enjoys working with T.T. Boy. "He knows how I like to be f---ed.

"My ex-boyfriend - the one I moved with to Texas - is the most wonderful guy I will ever meet in my life. Maybe I should marry him. But we are just good friends. He has every one of my movies and he supports me. He's the only guy who accepts what I do. Everyone else gets jealous.

"I love to dance. It's not just the money. I enjoy putting on a show. I love the attention and making people happy. I can't wait until I have 500 costumes.
