Carol Connors, star of Gail Palmer's Erotic Adventures of Candy and its sequel Candy Goes to Hollywood, had her first big role as Harry Reems's playful nurse in Deep Throat.

Carol was a shrewd businesswoman who excelled in playing dumb blondes. She always appeared innocent.

Conners starred in Sweet Savage which featured down-on-his-luck ex-star Ado Ray in the non-sex scenes.

In the mid '70s she appeared on television's Gong Show. Carol returned to porn in The Bride's Initiation, Waterpeople, School Teacher's Weekend Vacation and Desire For Men, the 1981 sizzler she wrote and directed for the Mitchell Brothers, their first release in years.

Carol plays a girl who can't get enough, even if it means pursuing her friends and setting them against each other. Comedy, different sexual situations and the typical Mitchell Brothers orgy make the film along with the performance of Long Jeanne Silver. Serena stunts for Carol in the stump scene that came from Silver, who is missing the lower part of her left leg. Many believed that Carol Connors never got into her sex scenes but this film dispels that notion, says Jim Holliday.
