Satine is being driven to her first shoot (Metro) by her manager Tabetha Yang of www.tymanagement.com. She has a husky blunt voice.

DUC asks: "How did you get into the adult industry?"

Satine: "Last year I started doing webcams. I decided that if I could do that, I'd go full-fledged. I just jumped into it, something I like to do. I'm a very sexual person. I figured the money was good. I took a few months off to figure out the industry. I was referred to Ty Management.

"I worked with Craven Morehead last year and MILF (Mom I'd Like To F---). They were the biggest people I worked with last year."

Luke: "What got you to try doing webcams?"

Satine: "I wanted to try something different. It enticed the sexual side of me. I grew up in Las Vegas and there's not many companies you can work for out there on video. I opened up the Las Vegas Weekly and saw an ad for girls for webcams. So I decided to try it. I liked it. I liked undressing for the camera and being a fantasy for somebody."

Luke: "What are your ambitions for the industry?"

Satine: "To be a positive role model for girls to go for it. If you want something bad enough, and you really want it, go for it. Do what you have to do with the right people to be a porn star who is well known. I want to be a respectable classy porn star, if 'classy' and 'porn star' can be in the same sentence.

"If you are a genuine person and real to the public... I don't want the public to look at me as doing it just because... I'm doing it to show other girls out there who don't think they can... The first AVN experience I had was in 2001. I met Jill Kelly. I wanted to do it but I felt that I couldn't do it. That I wasn't beautiful enough. Then I realized that anybody can do it. My whole goal is to be big and start my own production company and keep a good attitude, work with wonderful people, and portray the idea of go for what you want..."

Luke: "How tall are you and what are your measurements?"

Satine: "I'm 5'9", and I'm 38DD-24-34."

Luke: "When did you get your breasts enlarged?"

Satine:"At the end of 1999."

Luke: "Why?"

Satine: "I'm a mother of two. I breastfed. I had perfect Cs and the whole perfect little body. I used to do modeling before this for car clubs and magazines. After having children breastfeeding, it takes a toll on you. I wanted to go better. I thought I'd be an exotic dancer. For my self-esteem."

Luke: "How do you like them?"

Satine: "I love them. It was one big personal decision I made that made me as confident as I am now. I feel sexier and exotic. It makes me want to get out there and show them. They look natural to me and to quite a few other people."

Luke: "What sorts of complications did you have with them?"

Satine: "Hematoma but I got through it with my doctor, Walter Sullivan in Las Vegas."

Luke: "Why haven't you worked as an exotic dancer?"

Satine: "Because I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I have stage fright. There's not enough money in Las Vegas. Twenty dollars a lapdance is a lot of work. It takes a toll on your body. My Mom is, she was, she's deceased now, a New York Rockette. I have dancing in my blood. I may broaden my horizons later into exotic dancing, Broadway shows, nude revues like we have in Las Vegas. I'm taking one step at a time."

Luke: "How would your mother feel if she were alive today about the directions you are taking?"

Satine: "My Mom was wild at heart. She was just out-there. Every day when I wake up and go to bed, I ask her to support me. Because of where I've gotten so far, it's obvious that she's up there supporting me.

"Growing up, I was a tomboy. She wanted me to get into dance. I said I wasn't into dancing. It was the whole child-rebellion thing. Now I'm looking at her life from where I am now and I can understand why she did what she did. I think she'd be very supportive now."

Luke: "How about your father?"

Satine: "He's in Kansas City. I really don't have a relationship with my father. I used to. He's a very good looking man. That's where half my looks came from. Right now, I don't have any contact with him. I'm sure one day I will to show him that I did make success in something that I wanted to do. Both my parents were very sexual people. And this is the product of that."

Luke: "How old were you when you lost your virginity?"

Satine: "Thirteen."

Luke: "Do you think that was too young?"

Satine: "As a mother, looking back now, yes, I think I should've waited. There was no hurry. Children want to do what everyone's doing. I don't regret anything that I do in my life. But back then, if I could've had the education I have now as a mother, I would've definitely waited."

Luke: "What sort of clique did you hang out with in high school?"

Satine: "Popular. The jocks. I ran track. I was just a big tomboy. I was not a cheerleader. I was in the drill team."

Luke: "Do you enjoy living in Las Vegas?"

Satine: "Yes, it's my home state. If you are born somewhere, and raised in that environment, you become accustomed to it. I love the lights and the glamor and the whole spotlight."

Luke: "What if your kids wanted to get into this industry?"

Satine: "I'd make sure I sat down with them and let them know the ins and outs of the industry. I would support my children 100% to do what they think is going to make them feel good about themselves. I'm trying to make a new life for them, so that they have more choices and they have more options, to go to college and to explore different areas of life...
