From a strict Muslim family, Sahara Knite, 30, entered porn last
October after eight years in fashion.

Sahara Knite Vs. Her Former Webmaster Joe A.
I asked both sides about their falling out a few months ago. Sahara
said she could not respond because of the advice of her lawyer.
Joe A writes:
In early 2003 a photographer friend of mine, knowing that I was
always looking for new Indian models to shoot for UK Indian Girls
introduced us via email/phone, as he had worked with her for his
own site.
It took awhile for him to give her my number and by then she'd
done a shoot which appeared in 3 editions of the UK magazine Asian
Babes, including a front cover with her as the main model plus
some other shoots.
I booked Sahara for a shoot and to give her credit, when she
phoned the night before the first shoot to cancel due to female
problems, she said that she still wanted to come over to meet
me, which she did. I took a few pics anyway and even shot a short
fun vid. We then re-arranged the shoot for the following weekend
as she was still working for French Connection at the time.
After this shoot we became friends and she slowly gave up modelling
apart from the odd shoot now and again. She was happy to come
over to my place to stay for weekends and the odd night during
the week as I lived near to her old office and would take her
to work in the morning. She was happy just to sit and chill and
watch the adult satellite channels... LOL. This was because we
were just friends and nothing more, I must add, as this is a factual
story unlike some that she has appeared in, in the press.
At about that time I made a small portfolio site for her, so
that photographers could find her and I also set my pr head in
action, contacting people I knew in the biz and of course adding
her to a lot of on line model sites. As she was working full time
in an office I would call her if a job offer came in the day and
she'd tell me what to reply, in case by the time she got home
the shoot had gone. At this time she only wanted to work up to
art nude and maybe the odd solo/toys shoot. I can claim to be
the first to get her to stick a finger up her arse which I'd shot
when we did our first ever sets of pics and videos... LOL.
In April last year there was an industry party in London and
a friend phoned me, asking if we wanted to go to it. As we were
just sitting around that night watching tv, we said ok and went.
I then introduced her to a few of my adult biz friends and of
course she also introduced herself to many, and was very popular,
which I'm sure you all understand.... LOL. The fun part was when
a few of the producers asked her if she was in the biz to which
she replied "no" and they were all surprised.
Around this time I took Sahara down to Brighton to do a few pics
for Jim Dean, the organizer of the BAFIA show and awards, which
were to promote both of these.
I also called my friend, glamour photographer John Mason about
Sahara. He not only offered to do some pics for her portfolio
free, but on the day he picked us up in central London, drove
all the way to his studio in the middle of Kent to do this and
then drove us back, as a favour for me. John has this site where

The next step was our trip to Brighton in May 2004 for the BAFIA
Awards, which are the adult industry equivalent of the Oscars
Again the same question was asked by many, including the famous
Ben Dover. He saw us and came over, having a go at me for not
finding him any Indians that would work with him... He took one
look at Sahara and dived straight in. He received the same reply,
that she wasn't a model. This was also the first time that she
had a real fumble with a female, who happens to be the great Faye
Rampton.
By the end of May 2004, after these parties, Sahara decided that
she wanted to go in to modelling much more seriously and she decided
to work up to girl/girl. We also decide to build a members site
together, where there would be content that couldn't be found
anywhere else. I built the site and we started doing shoots for
it and of course my pr went in to overdrive, taking her to the
Walpole model agency and having a link to her portfolio site and
of course the still under construction pay site in my signature
on every forum I posted on, to get her name known. I also posted
taster pics from the shoots we'd done for the pay site on quite
a few surfers forums, where I was known for my site www.ukindiangirls.net
In June 2004, we went for the big launch of her as Sahara the
adult model. I gave a small dinner party for her, Terry (One Eyed
Jack) Stephens, Faye Rampton and Sandie Caine. I'll post some
pics from that here soon ... The girls got on very well From that
night, Sahara agreed to Terry doing her first ever g/g shoot with
Faye and then I shot the two of them and a lot more of the content
for the site. By then end of July Sahara was getting quite a few
job offers. Through a contact I got her the phone number for Babe
Station where she started to work last July and then she moved
across to SportXXX for a while.
She was becoming bored with fashion and decided to quit that
for full time modelling. This coincided with my model agent friend
Michelle Morris of Magic Models contacting me to ask if Sahara
would like to go on a weeks glamour shoot in Portugal. She accepted
and on Sep 3rd she left French Connection to become a full time
model and the trip was one of her first bookings as such. At this
time she was contacted by the production company for "Diary of
a porn virgin" and this fitted in perfectly with all that we were
doing.
The site was launched on Sep 13th 2004 and the film crew went
with her to Portugal for a few days, which was seen in the programme.
Because I had her on another of my sites, I promoted the new site
there and other places from June 2004. I was soon receiving daily
emails from surfers asking when the site would be launched. I
must have done a good job as Sahara Gets Dirty had it's first
two sign up's within 20 minutes of being launched.
The job offers started to flow in as I was promoting her left
right and centre and word also went round from Terry and others
that a new star had been born, and being Indian meant that after
a long time Anjali had a real rival in the UK. I gave myself a
birthday party in Oct as the film crew wanted to know if those
in the adult biz mixed socially after a shoot was over. This was
filmed for the documentary and just after the party, Sahara and
I fell out.
By the end of Oct 2004 she had shot her first full sex b/g scene
with Lee Henshaw which Terry shot and it was also the first time
she had full anal sex. The girl was on the move... Word got round
the industry that we'd fallen out and one producer friend of mine
was concerned about booking her as he didn't want to upset me,
so as we were all at Erotica I dragged her over and told him it

We made friends again for a short while between Jan and March
and unfortunately we have fallen out again which has resulted
in her making a few nasty public posts.
Another point is that during Jan my friend Michelle from Magik
called me to ask if Sahara was prepared to do a magazine interview.
This resulted in her being featured in Closer magazine and on
to the big one in the Sun. There was of course the short story
in The Sunday Sport as well.
Then
in April this year the documentary was aired and there was little
me for a few seconds with the on screen caption "Joe, Sahara's
mentor and friend." Funny how that was ignored in all the
press coverage, but 1.8 million viewers watched the programme
which will be a few more than read this little ramble, so I'm
happy about that.
She has just returned from Prague where she shot here first dp,
which Terry told me was a fantastic shoot and I'm sure she will
go on to be a major porn star in the not too distant future, as
she is also due to visit the States to work soon...
She is a very adaptable model being able to cover many niches
as I'm sure many of you have seen and I wish her all the best
for the future...
I still have quite a lot of content to add to the site and can
foresee it being around for some time yet, so don't worry. I'm
lucky to have a lot of friends in the industry who have provided
me with content and some who will be in the future, as their way
of saying thanks to me for bringing Sahara in to the limelight....
One or two even give me credit on their films and tv programmes
for being the man...

Do you remember my old webmaster gave u that story which you
titled sahara v's JoeA? Any way I am now ready to make a comment
on that. The court ruled in my favour and per the court order
Mr J. adleman has to take the two sites in question disputed against
down. Also he has to pay costs, damages etc. He is appealing the
decison.
Sahara's ex-webmaster Joe says:
I missed the hearing so of course I'm apealing .. she won that
as I wasn't there to defend myself. What is so dumb is I have
to close a site I don't even own. She might as werll ask me shut
my store Sax on 5th Ave.
www.saharaknite.com is owned by someone in the US. I've also
been told not to use the name "sahara." Judgement was made in
my absence. So it's a hollow victory and you can add that at the
appeal I will be asking for a restaining order to stop her harrassing
onustry people I work or have worked with including you
www.saharagetsdirty.com but I won't [close it] as I as the producer
of the material own the copyright or have a licence to use material
provided by 3td parties all of whom she had contacted and harrasssed
asking them to get me to remove the material. Remember she asked
you to do that.
At the moment I'm not meant to use "SDahara Knite "either but
as I sell either sites who use that name, it would be like trying
to sell Kellogs cornflakes but not using Kellogs.
Some of the 3rd party producers who've given me content have
stopped short of telling her to f--- off. My promotion makes them
money. To quote one: 'Models come and go... Friends last a lot
longer.'
I'm lucky to have most of the UK industry on my side as they
know the story you published about us is true. She reinvented

Thinking back to when we first met. She hated me talking about
