Jill Kelly Productions Sick Of Their Girls Flaking

Bob Friedland, CEO of JKP, writes on the Jill
Kelly Productions Yahoo club to his contract girls:
(alexisamore@alexisamorexxx.com, ashtonmoore@ashtonmoore.com,
jennahaze420@yahoo.com, TigerEyezxcstacy@aol.com, sexualtemptation69@yahoo.com,

To those of you who showed up on time and signed the 1,500 full
girl poster, I thank you. About 1,000 went out with one girl signing
it. These posters are costly and this is not acceptable.
To those of you for any reason who did not show up as they were
supposed to for whatever excuse, please be advised that these
signing are not optional.
You disappointed the fans who came to see you and meet you and
certainly hurt your career's in the long run.
In addition, JKP spent $10,000 with a good customer who has 100
retail stores to support the signings.
Next year we are having our own booth and all of us who are still
with JKP are going to be there all the time.It is going to be
this way at the Atlantic City Show and the AVN Show.
I woke up at 8am Sunday morning after getting home at 6am, in
order to go by the office at 9:15am and pick up an additional
500 posters for those of you who were scheduled to sign at 11am,
took them downtown and waited for the girls who were going to
be there at 11am to show up to make sure we were set up, NO ONE
SHOWED SO I WASTED MY TIME AN EFFORT AND I SURE DID NOT FEEL LIKE
GETTING UP AND BEING THERE, BUT THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE I COULD
GET TO DO THIS SO I DID IT FOR YOU GIRLS TO HAVE POSTERS TO SIGN.
FOR NOTHING.
I talked to Randy, who ran the show for Goalie and he expressed
his disappointment in the JKP girls who had not shown up Friday
and Saturday when they were supposed to and was going to pass
that information on to Eddie who owns Goalie.I stayed at the show
bored to death and certainly tired untill 2PM when the first and
only JKP girl arrived. Many people asked me where our girls were,
and I was embarrassed for all of us since I had no excuse and
could not sign the poster myself, however, those of you who did
not show when you were assigned to did not have to deal with this
only I did. This will not happen again. I do no want to get or
have Jill get a phone call that morning or night you are supposed
to sign with whatever excuse you come up with that you cannot
make it. Just be there if you are alive.
We spend a lot of time effort and money to build these relationships
and when for any reason you girls do not show up it reflects on
JKP adversely.
Jill and I have both worked with fever, and illness to get JKP
to where it is and I am not going to tolorate any excuse from
anyone for not doing their job. I have worked with a life threating
problem at times as you all know and as far as I am concerned
you are not dedicated enough to JKP to be one of us. There is
no excuse for what occurred and those of you who did not show
up when you were supposed to; be on notice that under the terms
of your contracts, you have 60 days to correct this situation.
If you do not correct this, you will not be with JKP and we advise
the entire industry why. You are in breach of your contract and
to say the least I am upset.
I worked 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week the first 2 years of
our existance to make JKP, and certainly was not in the best of
health at times, but I did my job no matter what, and very rarely
had a life other than JKP, and Jill did whatever she had to whenever
she had to day or night. While I now have great peope supporting
and helping run the company and am able to work less and have
a life, those of you who are flaking on us are destroying what
Jill and I have worked so hard to build.
JKP did not just happen, if I knew how hard I would have to work
and how much money I would have to put into JKP to make it what
it is today, I would not do it again, except for the joy that
I have had working with Jill and some of you. I love all you girls
and have always been here to support you with your problems and
even the girls that are gone, and did a great deal for in helping
them when they needed help.Of course we all know what good that
did. I am tired and done with this so we are going to be professional,
just do your job and do not ask me for anything anytime, I have
had it with this kind of abuse.
Each of you knows who you are and I can assure you that you can
and will be replaced unless you dedicate yourself to your career
with JKP.
If anyone wants to whine, cry, and tell me why, I do not want
to hear it.
Do you job or you will be gone. For example, When I tell you to
go to Topco, I mean then, not a month or so later. It takes them
6-9 months to make a toy after they even decide what toy to make
and delays cost us all credibility and money. You want to be stars
then work at it or you will fail.
We work hard and spend a lot of money to promote you, I expect
you to do your job.
I am setting a meeting for tonight at 7PM at the JKP office, for
all of you, not 7:05, attendance is mandatory, and we are all
going to dinner afterwards. I want no phone calls about this,
just be there.I had plans that I am canceling, those who do not
come do not need to come to anything again you are gone.

Buzzkiller writes: Hey, that was very professional!! Maybe the
girls are just taking the professionalism lead from their boss.
Hey, here's an idea...if you give the girls a vested financial
interest in the company, maybe they'd care about profits, fans,
and sales!!
DUC wonders: Didn't Wankus a few weeks ago accuse the JKP girls
of being flakes? And for that Jill Kelly angrily denounced him?
Didn't three JKP girls flake on Susan Block?
radiowanker: TPT/KSEX not affiliated. Let me break it down for
you this way so you understand where I'm coming from. I'm the
Program Director of KSEX. All that means is I'm in charge of the
audio shows and misc business pertaining to them. On my own, I
have a site called TPT. KSEX doesn't fund it or support it. They
just let me use their pics and like that I write about them.
radiowanker: I know it's confusing for most, but this is how I
got in hot water with JKP. The sh-t I put on TPT, she blamed KSEX.
radiowanker: Now, after today's post on your site, how funny is
that? I'm still waiting for our apology letter. LOL
Rudy@jillkellyproductions.com writes Luke: "Hey I was wondering
if you could please remove that memo from your website, as I was
an inter-office memo that was accidentally sent out to a yahoo
user group. We really aren't trying to have our company business
reviewed or opinionated about by anyone outside of the company...Thanks
in advance.
"Too be honest it was an honest mistake as the j was checked in
his contacts folder, J for Jill, but the yahoo group is listed
first and it was marked...so you have messages sent out to the
wrong address. You know how it is, I myself do things too quickly
and make silly mistakes, with internet one push of the button
and instantly it goes out and you can't do anything
once it's in cyberspace. I read e-mails people reply to my messages
with, and I notice how I didn't spell something right, or stated
something wrong, but when I'm doing it I feel as if it's all correct...whatever
the case, it really was a silly mistake that I am only trying
to fix, if possible."
DUC replies: "No. If you guys send something out to thousands
of people, twice, that's your error, and I am not removing it."
Virtumike writes on GFY: Mickey Mouse company or not, you are
supposed to be somewhere, you go there. I understand completely
where he's coming from and am 100% on his side on this. The show
must go on. You work your ass of setting up deals and making appointments,
and the girls flake out. This is so amazingly stressful.
The fact that the owner of the company himself had to deal with
these poster issues shows his devotion to the team, and then the
girls didn't even bother showing up.
Bob, if you read this, I know how you feel. If you come up with
a workable solution to solve this problem in the future, please
let me know, I would LOVE to know. I'm thinking zap collars attached
to cell phones ;)
Peter Romero writes: They are the worst. And HUGE EGOS on top
of it, which makes it like retards playing firecracker toss.
IMX writes: I think his only lack of professionalism was mailing
the "wrong" group.
And he probably did that on purpose so he wouldn't have to explain
to JKP loyal fan base, when he let some of the chickas go...
Press gets used all the time to make people appear incompentent
before they are fired.
Wankus writes Gene Ross: Bob [from JKP], who I’ve always was told
was a nice and reasonable man, was a DICK! He said KSEX needs
to issue an apology and then we can make amends. I told him that
won’t happen. He said then we will never be allies again and to
have a nice life.

Bob Friedland from Jill Kelly Productions emails the JKP Yahoo
group 6/18/03:
Jen & Alexis:
The signing in Florida and St. Louis has been postponed due to
a roof problem in one of the Florida stores. It will be rescheduled
sometime in July when we are not Shooting.
Cindy, Jen, Alexis, and Ashton:
After Dinner tomorrow night we have a party at ON THE ROX which
is above the Roxy, We are going to pick up Jill and Tyler from
dinner and Alexis and Ashton, try and meet at Jill's about 10
or so to go with us. So all the JKP girls are going together;
I have a table for us all. The four of us from dinner and the
other four girls.
Alexis you and Ashton are the only one's I am not sure about so
email me or call me.
Cindy & Jen:
I do not know what time you guys are planning to come here, tomorrow
so Jen and Cindy decide and let me know so I can make dinner reservations.
Try and be on time. Cindy let me know if you need make-up done
or you can do your own.
I figured since you all belong to this group, this was the best
way to get to all of you. Jill and Tyler know about the party
and are going with us, we will call them when we leave after dinner
and all go together.

XXX writes: Your posting of Bob emailing the Yahoo! Group was
the funniest sh-t I have read in months. I couldn't f-cking believe.
I was on the floor, in tears I was laughing so hard.
And ur f-cking title - JKP NEWS - lol - i mean, it was priceless
- u can't buy those laughs.
One wonders if he just showed up at the Roxy and wondered why
none of the JKP girls were there... and why there were all these
f-cking fans.
On 6/28/03, Cynara Fox writes on her Yahoo group: "I don't
know how one can consider Bob Friedland of Jill Kelly Productions
a male celebrity. And I for one am really upset about this poll,
however, I did create this group so that anyone can do pretty
much whatever they want here. I just want to make it clear that
if I had ever slept with, or had any type of sexual relations
with Bob, I would probably still have my job at JKP. Anyone who
knows me, knows that it is a touchy situation for me to think
about, and Bob is a dirty old man who cannot run a proper business
that involves beautiful young women, without trying to hit on
them and make them feel like worthless loosers if they don't give
in."
