"I want to get my degree as a sex therapist and write a book," she says. Luke: "Why did you get into porn?" Savannah: "Being a social worker doesn't make any money. Twenty five thousand dollars a year doesn't cut it." Luke: "Have you lost any friends from your decision to get into porn?" Savannah: "A lot of my friends don't know what I do for a living. My family doesn't know what I do for a living." Luke: "How are they going to react?" Her face becomes horrified. "Forget it! Oy ve!" She comes from an Orthodox Jewish home. I miss a lot of what is said. I've had a couple of producers discriminate against me because of my deafness. I'm a sensitive person. It hurts. She's done over 25 DVD scenes and about 15 internet scenes. Luke: "What do you love and hate about being a porn star?" Amile: "The way guys come up to you. I hate that. 'Hey, I know who you are.' OK. I'm not that way at home. So don't come to me like that. I hate that. "The people that I see watching scenes are coming up to me in actual life and it's exciting. A turn-on." Luke: "How has it affected your real life?" Amile: "Not much. I'm just shocked when people email me and say, 'I'm a fan.' Or they come up to me in real life and say, 'I'm a fan.' "I never knew that I would ever have any. "It's surprising to me when people email me the weirdest things ever." Luke: "When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?" Amile: "I'm still continuing that. When I was nine, I wanted to be an astronaught. I'm not going to do that obviously. Since I was 13, I've wanted to do forensic anthropology. I'm going to school for that." Luke: "Does the porn have a special feeder program for forensic anthropology?" Amile: "You know about the body more. I got an A on my last test." Luke: "What crowd did you hang out with in high school?" Amile: "Cheerleaders. I ran track. Everyone knew me as the quiet shy girl who just did her own work. A lot of them are very surprised now. Amile: "My father and mother know what I do. They gave me my [porn] name. My real name, my second name, is Amile. Waters came from squirting hard. My mom just kinda brought it up." "The craziest thing I ever did was deciding to get into this business. The last job I had before getting into this business was teaching pre-school." Dick Delaware: "About nine months later, we ended up getting married." Cassandra: "We're inseparable." Dick: "She's performing full-time. I'm performing." Cassandra: "We're both with LA Direct." "We both got out of the industry at the same time. We both tried to live the normal life." Dick: "We gave it a try but it's difficult. Life passed me by by about ten years. In the real world, trying to get a regular job. It left me no choice but to be a porn star again." Cassandra entered porn in May 2006. Luke: "Why did you guys leave the industry?" Cassandra: "I was overweight. We were not the porn type at the time." Dick: "I was training for a fight. I won that fight. I got a championship belt. I retired from fighting." Cassandra: "He was in the best shape. I lost the weight. We were perfect. It never hit us at the time to do porn. We were both going to church. We were doing the right thing. Then we realized that this wasn't the way we should be making money. We could be making more money in porn. We got back into it. We're both happy right now. We're making more than double the money we were." Luke: "What's it like being back in?" Dick: "It's a little tough coming back to the industry after being off for several months... I don't know if business is slow now or if everyone is just using that as an excuse. I'm shooting here and there, which is a lot for guys..." Cassandra: "Everyone that gives us a chance... It's the best money I could hope for. It's way better than a regular job." Dick: "It's not realistic." Luke: "What was it like in the civilian world? Did people hold your porn past against you?" Cassandra: "Yes and no. Not really. We got back into church..." Dick: "People knew and were telling their kids not to be around us. As far as the job market, unbelievable. Five hundred bucks is hard to make in the real world." Cassandra: "I made $600 a week as a civilian and I was worth way more. I have a bachelor's degree [in Fine Arts]. He's going to make more money than me. Guys last longer than porno girls. He's not going to be shot out. I am." Dick: "We're going to be making money through the internet." Cassandra: "We have a lot of ideas. He's instantly a director." "We're going to develop real estate." "He's everything to me right now." "I'm a great painter." "Dick is honest, funny, uplifting." Dick: "She's motivated. Assertive. She's my best friend." As a kid, she wanted to be a make-up artist. Her parents yelled at her. "So I said fashion designer." Dick: "I'm staying away from fights. They don't pay fighters enough." Luke: "What are the keys to keeping a relationship in this industry?" Dick: "You need to be open-minded. You can't let it get you angry. If you sit there and think, 'There's somebody fu--ing my wife right now.' You've got to ignore it. We're professionals. We're good at what we do. It's a wonderful opportunity to make tremendous income. Hopefully we're not performing too long." Cassandra: "It's different once you're married... He goes to work and f---- some girl. I don't want to know her name. He brings home money. That's it."
