Director Rick Davis is annoyed. Naughty Modeling says at the last minute that Carmen Sanchez can't make it. So the second scene of the day must wait until Cam Smith provides substitute talent (Mya Luanna).
I ask Rick about the girl I saw sleeping downstairs. He says it's a guy -- the owner of the house Desi Benjamin.
At 12:30pm, I become hungry and figure that my best chance for free food will be the Defiance Films set.
I am right. Granola bars, chocolates, fudge cookies and breakfast bars galore.

The director yells at Veronica Lynn about her scene mate Joey Ray, who she's giving a massage to help him rise to the occasion: "Don't massage him. Kick him. Beat him. Punch him. That will make him hard."
Joey asks the director to move his clothes so they don't get wrinkled.
Veronica says she's working every day but two this month. She says her agent prefers that the driver drive his talent around (to make sure the talent arrives on set on time and doesn't screw around).

I arrived at 9:15pm and immediately felt sulky as I couldn't recognize anyone. I picked up the latest issue of XBiz magazine and stepped outside for 15-minutes to read.
"That's because we don't deal with the scumbags you report on every day," says a host. "We deal with wholesome good webmasters. You saw Alec Helmy. Holly and Bonnie Moss."
I find Darren and Kevin Blatt and began to feel at home.
In the 1980s, KB's unmarried cousin Lori Ruben was dating a lot of celebrities in Hollywood.

I interrupt Tom Hymes and Jennifer Rosenblatt in conversation.
"What's going on with your lawsuit with AVN?" I ask Jen.

I get permission from Aimee's husband John D (of Dannicash.com) and a blonde woman to take a photo of them [John D, Laurel from LFP]. Then I step closer, introduce myself, and ask their names.
The woman is aghast to learn my identity. She says she won't tell me her name. She wants nothing to do with me. She says my writing is mean.
She is my only unpleasant experience of the night.
I find out later that she is Laurel Hertz, FlyntDigital Internet Marketing Director. Laurel@hustler.com.
With such a friendly and outgoing manner, it is no wonder that she is in marketing. I know that I will always buy what she is selling.
But I guess she was right not to tell me her name as my picture was bloody awful (I find it hard to focus in the dark) and I wouldn't even have included it on my blog except for her expressed wishes not to be a part of my web site.
I ask a friend what is Laurel like. My friend says: "She's a sweetheart. She doesn't get involved in drama. She's timid and shy. A good businessperson."
There was a documentary film crew (the subject is reality TV) wandering around the party.
Nobody from AVN shows up to the party.
