I arrive at 11:15pm to the Three Of Clubs (1123 North Vine St).

People give me a hard time for always showing up early, but I'm normally in bed at this hour.

It's VCA night. The featured movie is DEZ'S DIRTY WEEKEND #3 starring Krystal Steal, Alaura Eden, Naudia Nyce, Sky Lopez, Tory Lane.

I run into Kaylynn and her fiance Rory at the entrance. They seem happy. They met four months during the shooting of the Playboy TV show Totally Busted. Rory (a college student) was Kaylynn's mark. She calls him a "good boy."

She just met his family for the first time. "It gave them a whole new f---ing perspective on s---," she says.

I ask Rory how his family reacted to him bringing a porn star home. "I've got a pretty cool family," he says.

I wander into the parking lot looking for pictures. I see Bella, the hostess of the evening. As I focus my camera to take a picture, she gives me a mean look and snaps, "If you take my picture now, I'll break your f---ing camera."

Inadvertently, I had wandered into the middle of her intense conversation. I left.

Gypsy is a former female featherweight boxing champion.

Dez says he's been in the industry for five-and-a-half years and appeared in about 500 movies and directed six. "I used to go by Slim Shady XXX. I'm having a good time and trying to make some money."

Dez and Alaura met three years ago. He did her first anal scene on camera. Within a few months, they were a couple. They haven't been apart for more than two days since.

Duke to Alaura: "What do you love and hate about the industry?"

Alaura: "I love Dez and I hate Dez. I love to hate him and hate to love him."

Dez: "It's [porn industry] is just like highschool. We just do our own thing. We try to keep to ourselves.

"I hit the business pretty hard. Everybody knows I was a party boy, which I still do."

Duke: "What are your ambitions?"

Dez: "I want to get consistent lines going. I want to go back to racing cars as a recreation."

Alaura: "Make money and be happy."

I meet Dez's business partner Mike.

Duke: "How did you guys meet?"

Dez: "I brought Jenna Haze to his house."

Mike: "I had a house on Coldwater Canyon. We used to party all the time."

Before he got into porn, Mike managed the Universal Nissan dealership.

Duke: "What do you love and hate about the porn industry?"

Mike: "I hate the time it takes to get anything done. It takes people forever."

Mike says people are less professional in porn than in car dealerships.

Mike and Dez say their business is, in part, a sobriety program. They party much less these days.

By 12:45pm, the party appeared to be dying. I left.

I didn't see Sky Lopez at the party. What is she doing these days?

That's because this is "Porn Karaoke", held on thursday nights, not "Porn Star Karaoke" on tuesday nights. This is the knock off porn karaoke, hence the lack of sequined Wankus pics. I give credit to Luke for schlepping himself out and covering the Porn B-List event. It's a tough job that you don't see Gene Ross taking on.

To whomever commented on the plum tongue- remember who the photographer is. I might be more inclined to blame that on the camera settings.
