Porners are shooting like mad in comparison to last year. Porno crew members find themselves booked solid for the next two months.

Last year porners were still worried about Attorney General John Ashcroft but now with a war going on, porners figure they're safe.

I arrive on the set of Rob Spallone's latest feature for VCA Pictures at 10:30AM, Sunday, 1/19/03. Rob and company shot three sex scenes and a solo-girl-masturbation at the Satsuma stage Saturday.

Rob's looking around the kitchen for a frying pan to cook everybody French toast for breakfast.

Rob did a bunch of interviews last week for his xxxfatgangbang.com, including a station in Ireland. Rob found out that Ireland bans porno.

Rob: "Cameron told me that that guy [Ben English] had me piss in his mouth."

I go downstairs to chat with make-up girl Marianne aka former porn star Kelly Nichols. She tells me about Alan Silliman, who directed several hard-R-rated features in the late sixties and early seventies.

Silliman is back. He operates a 3-D studio used by mainstream and porno companies.

I find out that Marianne broke up romantically with director Wesley Emerson two years ago. They're still friends.

11:18AM: Rob calls Herschel Savage's cell phone and gets a message. "There are 14 people here waiting for you but we still love you."

Herschel walks in 20 minutes later. Herschel figures out the remote so we can watch today's big football games.

I ask actress Julianna Kincaid if her character has a back-story? She says no. Wit Maverick, director and screenwriter, nods his head. "Yes, you do."

They don't appear too worried about their disagreement.

Wit and cameraman Jim Malibu discuss the type of shot they want for a door opening scene with Julianna and Herschel.

Rob booms: "Let's just go straight to the anal."

Juliana puts her arms around Rob: "You and me, Rob. Got your test?"

I jump for my camera to get a picture by then he disentangles.

This is Julianna's second feature for VCA. She's a tall slender blonde with pumped-up C-cup breasts.

Julianna: "I did HBO. I had the lead role in a 60-scene movie. It hasn't shown yet. Fashion Fantasy. I played a supermodel."

Rob comes over: "Suck my ass. Wait, you know [what you're saying] goes all over the world?"

Kincaid did her first video in early 2001. Before that, she did nude modeling on the internet (upon turning 18).

DUC to Julianna: "Do you have a boyfriend who lives off your earnings?"

Luke: "What motivated you to enter this industry?"

Luke: "What are your hobbies?"

While washing the dishes, Rob says to Herschel Savage: "Would you like to marry me? I cook for you. I clean for you."

Rob likes to cook but he doesn't like to clean.

Rob tells Cameron: "I think you're a really nice girl and I think you can do a lot better than this [porno]."

DUC to Julianna: "Do you feel like you are being exploited in this movie?"

Julianna: "Yeah, that's the point, isn't it?"

Julianna stands 5'8", weighs 115 pounds, and measures 34C-24-33.

PA Chris says: "I can't help but smile when I see you because I think of all the things I know [that you'd love to print] but I can't tell you."

Rob to me: "You didn't end up spending anything [on our stay in Las Vegas last weekend]?"

Luke: "At the last minute, I spent $4 in tips to the guys who brought our car and our luggage."

Rob gives me $5. So I went to Vegas for four days and I did not spend a penny.

I try to sneak a picture of Rob with Cameron.

Rob stops cooking at his barbecue: "You want a picture of me and the girl? Go ahead. But get the barbecue in it so it's not like I'm f------ the girl. I'm just cooking lunch."

I hear Nicole London is engaged to Dwight the lighting guy.

I chat with Kimi Lixx, mother of five including a 20-year old son, who's in LA for the first time in a year.

Ben English stops by with three girls - Brooke Balentyne, Christianna, Rio.

From North Carolina, Brooke entered the industry under the management of Roy Garcia.

Luke: "So what makes you want to do this industry?"

Brooke: "I'm taking care of my parents right now. My Dad is laid off and my mother is mentally handicapped. This is the best way to take care of them and myself."

Brooke debuted at the AVN Expo in January 2002.

Rob chats with Ben English: "What, you're talent too? Then I had to pick up some toys for the shoot. You're on the toys, on the dildo. It freaked me out. Some broad (Cameron) picked it up and said, 'Oh yeah, I pissed in his mouth.'

"And you're like the sweetest nicest guy. Then this girl [that Ben manages] calls up looking for work. I didn't have any. At 4PM, Steve Hatcher and Skip come by for their scene with Kimi Lixx.

Steve Hatcher broke up with his girlfriend of five years, Little Cinderella, shortly after September 11, 2001. She moved back to Texas and married a cop. Little Cinderella never went over 71-pounds as long as Steve knew her. She had cancer at six years of age and that makes it difficult for her to gain weight.

5:15PM: I spot Director Wit Maverick popping pills. What? Aspirin for his splitting headache.

Rob: "Do you want me to make a phone call and get the sun to come back up?"

Roxanne Hall returned to porn at Extreme Associates six months ago. She says she never left porn though she left this industry for four years and didn't keep up with anyone, including her ex-husband John Decker.

Roxanne went to law school for two-and-a-half years to prove to herself that she could do it. She's worked in a law firm for three years. She found out she didn't want to be an attorney. She doesn't like attorneys.

Her boss recognized her voice in a porn video busted by police. Several other lawyers she worked with also recognized her.
